JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Program Administrator supports the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes role.
The Program Administrator should be a detail-oriented and organized professional who understands the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements.
The Program Administrator will be responsible for working on multiple Programs (service contracts) and executing the day-to-day requirements outlined by the National Account Team Lead and/or the Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing proposals for customer accounts.
Understanding customer-specific requirements (applicable discounts, labor/material break out, taxes, etc.) File/document integrity - use internal web resources (eBuilder) and local file storage to maintain document and file storage integrity. Understanding different labor rates for each WTI region(s). Understanding different WTI service types and how they are priced. Managing multiple leak response programs.
Tracking leak calls and WTI service response times.
Managing subcontractor invoices and completing paperwork.
Working with regional administrators to re-dispatch leak calls, get progress updates, etc.
Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable. Tracking and invoicing leak service calls.
Delivering invoices to customer-specific locations (work order systems, customized email addresses, etc.) Tracking inspection programs.
Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule for WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customers). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to the Program Manager/customer.
Customer portals Updating customer work order status with ETA Updating customer invoice system with Invoice Special Project Assignments Be accountable for managing your day based on tasks set forth by the Program Manager.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating professional presentations.
Able to work and communicate with all levels of management.
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio- Adobe, Smartsheet, SAP, etc.
(Experience with SAP Accounting is preferred.) Must have proficient organizational and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and be adaptable to change.
Must be able to work effectively independently or in a team environment.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Hands-on leader to oversee and manage a team of assembly workers to ensure efficient, high-quality production of EIFS panels while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for developing, growing, and continuously improving a strategic value stream to meet sales demand and volume expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage daily work/production schedules, allocate resources, and manage the workflow to ensure efficiency, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production targets.
Lead Tier 1 meetings and support Tier 2/3 meetings daily/weekly.
Plan and schedule production runs based on customer demand and agreed upon delivery dates.
Prepare and coordinate front-end set-up and planning to ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.
Monitor the assembly process and workflow as well as staging and packaging to identify potential issues, resolve production problems, address employee questions, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and meet quality specifications.
Recommend capital investments to automate processes.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and set-up of production equipment to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
Work with Quality Control to conduct quality checks on completed panels to validate tolerances and specifications.
Ensure proper staging and packaging to minimize damage.
Review daily production records, identify trends, and evaluate employee performance.
Lead and motivate assembly workers, providing guidance and support on the floor side by side with the assembly team.
Oversee and guide employees in their daily tasks, including training, delegating tasks, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures including those regarding safety.
Train new employees and document and provide guidance on new processes and/or equipment.
Communicate with other departments and key personnel, customer service, operations, shipping, procurement, etc.
to facilitate seamless workflow and address concerns to ensure customer expectations are understood and relevant information is shared and communicated to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare production reports and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care tailored to the individual's needs, supporting them to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and respect.
This role involves supporting people with a range of needs, including personal care, complex health requirements, and community integration.
Hours: 8:00am - 20:00pm / 20:00pm - 8:00am Shifts are dependent on services provided however normally working 12 hour shifts in 24 hour packages.
Sleep and wake nights ( these hours may differ dependant on customer's needs)
Pay Rate: £12.21ph
What a Day Could Look Like:
No two days are the same, but a typical shift might include:
8:00am - Arrive at the service and support individuals with their morning personal care and medication administration, following care plans precisely
10:00am - Assist someone with physiotherapy exercises or other clinical support alongside daily activities such as attending community groups or appointments
12:30pm - Prepare and support with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met and encouraging healthy choices
2:00pm - Help manage complex care routines including catheter care, or monitoring health conditions as outlined in individual care plans
4:00pm - Support individuals with budgeting, leisure activities, or skill-building tasks to promote independence
6:00pm - Assist with evening routines, medication rounds, and provide emotional support
Throughout the day, you will work closely with health professionals and family members to ensure the highest standard of care.
What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months' experience working in a similar supported living or care role
Experience supporting adults with complex care needs
Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
A positive, flexible approach to work and ability to follow detailed support plans
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
Must be 18 or over

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Construction Managers and General Contractors to incorporate as many Tremco products as possible on construction projects.
Collaborate with key stakeholders' decision makers to develop their building enclosure risk mitigation strategy, based upon the Tremco CPG Construction Quality Control Program and the Enclosure Commissioning Process which includes but is not limited to:
Review drawings and details, provide specification assistance, assess constructability reviews, attend pre-construction and pre-installation meetings, prepare performance mockups, conduct site audits, and attend field testing.
Work collaboratively with the local Technical Sales Representatives on all Construction QC Program Projects and all Enclosure Design Solutions Services.
Synergize with the local representatives to ensure the installing contractor bid all Tremco products as the basis of design for any given project.
Support sales teams to win or flip non-Construction QC Program Projects by aiding with design, specification or constructability reviews, assess detail solutions at transitions, and deliver Tremco CPG presentations, as necessary.
Work with Architects and Consultants to ensure specifications and details are constructible and when possible, make Tremco CPG Companies the Basis of Design.
Provide product recommendations for the enclosure design.
Conduct design review and specification review for all building enclosure design.
Collaborate with the Owner's 3rd Party Consultant or Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider.
Work with the design team to provide project specific transition details support.
Work with Owners, Architects and Consultants to provide specifications for building enclosure performance warranties provided by Tremco CPG.

EDUCATION
