GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to full fabrication and installable LOD400 models of metal panels that integrate with the building design along with associated shop drawings and custom Revit schedules to facilitate shop fabrication.
The ability to perform minor changes to existing Revit families desired, or knowing when to reach out for advanced help.
The BIM Specialist will support senior modelers and project teams and promote the best tools and Revit/BIM best practices for each project with required configurations and deployments.
May lead discipline specific Revit/BIM modeling content for design projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, modify and if able create new Revit families alone or in conjunction with the BIM Manager for the Texas Panel Plant. Create models using Autodesk Revit.
(Current version plus three release back) Create project specific 2D and 3D drawings and models for project submittals, special projects, bid packages, and product manufacturing (i.e.
Shop Drawings). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. Maintain and improve knowledge of Revit/BIM techniques, drawing standards, practices, and engineering procedures as well as new and emerging technologies and best practices impacting digital design to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as profits. Manage the implementation of supporting software applications for Revit/BIM and project delivery.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Design, CAD, Engineering, architecture, or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Revit modelling practitioner working with project architects, engineers or managers.
Demonstrated knowledge, proficiency, and use of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.

Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates. Clean and maintain assigned area.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Shipper/Receiver II: 1+ years' experience required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment. Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules. Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards. Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements. Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications. Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas. Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceed production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.

Drive Goal Zero for EH&S by providing Environmental, Health & Safety support to 2-3 manufacturing plants in Cleveland Ohio.
This position will lead and support the structured EH&S process by providing guidance and oversight in all areas of Environmental, Health and Safety compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports EH&S programs, compliance and results for a mid-sized business, facility or geography.
Manage Center of Excellence programs or processes (i.e., such as personnel safety, industrial hygiene, environmental safety, compliance).
Works with leaders to identify EH&S priorities and programs for the area managed, including performance metrics, communication and change management.
Implements corporate, regional or divisional policies and programs.
Leads change management for local compliance, communication or business relevance.
Develops location or business group specific programs to address local needs.
Provides technical leadership and functional guidance for EH&S risks and outcomes.
Keeps informed on all existing and proposed changes in occupational health and safety regulations and ensures compliance in areas managed.
Provides local regulatory reporting as required for OSHA and Environmental Compliance.
Ensures that leading and lagging SH&E metrics are collected.
Reviews metrics, trends and actions with Leadership team supported.
EDUCATION:
BS/BA in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
3-7 years' experience in Environmental, Health & Safety practices, preferably in a manufacturing/Chemical plant setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Safety/Environmental Certifications are a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Project management and multi-task skills.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Experience with Environmental reporting systems-i.e.
air permitting and TRI reporting.
