What will you do?

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within his/her assigned Division.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager should be a very detail-oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager will work to achieve continuous improvement initiatives and promote inspection quality throughout their respective division.
This position will report directly to the Director of Inspections and Warranty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within a specified division (Eastern US, Central US, or Western US & Canada).
These divisions include multiple WTI operating regions and cover approx.
15-20 states per division. This position will have direct supervision over a team of 5+ administrative/scheduling personnel and be required to work with multiple different internal WTI departments and personnel including but not limited to Regional Business Managers, Divisional Directors, National Account Business Managers, Program Managers, Sales Representatives, WTI field employees, WTI Business Operations Administration, etc.
This individual should be comfortable leading a team of people and understand the basic principles of change management.
This individual needs to have critical thinking skills and the ability to identify broken items and have a vision of continuous improvement. This individual should be comfortable managing big data and utilizing/understanding tools to help interpret this data (Smartsheet, Excel, etc.) This individual should be comfortable developing and giving presentations for training purposes and reporting to management monthly or as requested.
This individual will have overall responsibility for tracking and managing turnaround times within your division, inspection pricing reviews (new and renewal), past due inspections, inspection margin reviews, leak call backlogs, and warranty backlogs. Responsible for communicating any price book, commission changes, etc.

Monitors and supervises the timely processing of information for the TremCare and Warranty services Maintains TremCare databases, with a focus on being able to access information quickly and accurately Provide training and documentation on how to create equipment records, and other department products Manage SAP reports documenting open TremCare's and Warranties and ensuring closed orders Responsible for proposal tracking and awards for strategic alignment.
This individual will be responsible for helping support Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the division.
This could include but is not limited to providing field resource maps to the proposal group, reviewing response time commitments, working with the Director of Inspections and Warranty and RBM on pricing/travel expenses, etc.
Tracking and planning for upcoming inspections and inspections in the pipeline in conjunction with the Inspection Scheduler who will report to this role.
This individual should have a good understanding of systems and field technology.
Effectively field system issues from direct reports and/or WTI field team and communicate those effectively and precisely over to the Systems Director/Team for continuous improvement. Identify resource or employee concerns and act timely to resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation on employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for goal attainment for the team. Maintains a high level of customer service by quick and accurate responses to inquiries. Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Identify process gaps or areas for process improvement. Implement and communicate customer contract requirements where applicable. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, standard reporting, analytics, training team members, etc. This individual will be responsible for managing the payment problems file and working toward payment resolution with the Tremco credit department on all past-due invoices related to inspections, warranties, and leak calls within your division.
Special projects as designated. Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
4+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team. Prior experience leading a staff in remote multi-state locations. Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views and providing continual timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices including but not limited to, pricing, order entry, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc. Ability to travel 10-25% to any location required within the US.

Tremco is looking for a Roofing Contractor Support Specialist to support our Southern Atlantic region.
The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.
* History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.
* Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
* Overnight travel of up to 25% to support assigned customer accounts. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $70,000.

Responsibilities:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses. Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets. Experienced in plastic injection molding and plastic parts design. Proven leadership in managing new product development, start to finish. Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for consumer goods products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will be responsible for overseeing $30(+) Million in annual self-performed revenue.

for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Contribute, through leadership and actions, to the development of a Safety Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate regularly with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the achievement of goals for the regional team. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Summary: The Cement Additives Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic technical support and contribution to the sales process.
This position is tasked with providing technical support and expertise of the cement manufacturing process to our cement additive sales team and customers.

This is a remote position, with Euclid Chemical's main campus located in Ceveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team. Subject matter expert to provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers. Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials. Collaborate with the Cement Additives Technical Manager and Cement Lab Manager to develop new products and enhance existing lines based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industrial trial results. Work collaboratively with Euclid Chemical Cement Additives Lab team in the development and improvement of laboratory ball mill methodologies for testing materials.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Edge Internet Browser. Knowledge of industry trends, including low clinker content cement production and co-grinding with alternative materials. Data analysis and report writing skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to design and execute plant industrial trials and mill audits.
Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and plant industrial trials (up to 50%).
