Location: Cornwall (Central preferred)
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + On-call (1 in 8 weeks)

About the Role
OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across our complex care services.
This role is pivotal in supporting care delivery, managing clinical tasks, and maintaining the highest standards of quality for our clients.
You will work closely with our Complex Care teams, implementing new care packages, conducting clinical audits, and ensuring staff competency.
Daily travel within the region is required to maintain regular client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new packages of care and manage ongoing clinical needs.
Develop and review care plans and risk assessments.
Conduct medication and clinical audits.
Ensure care delivery aligns with person-centred plans for conditions such as:
Long-term conditions (Cerebral Palsy, MND, MS, etc.)
Ventilation (Invasive/Non-Invasive)
Tracheostomy care
Spinal injury and neurogenic bowel management
Paediatric complex care and end-of-life care
Train and supervise care staff, including competency sign-off.
Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with regulatory standards.
Support staff development through audits, spot checks, and feedback.
Travel regularly to client locations within the region.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (no restrictions).
Post-qualification experience in complex care, community nursing, ICU, ED, or similar.
Strong communication, documentation, and IT skills (Microsoft Teams).
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Desirable:
Level 3 Teaching & Training qualification.
Postgraduate qualifications in management or leadership.
Competence in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning, enteral feeding, and medication management.

The position
This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Blyth, Worksop
Rate of pay: £25,396
Weekly hours: 40 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday 8.5-hour shifts between, 13:00-23:00

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

The Position
This is a full-time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Larne
Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
Working Environment: Mixed
You will be required to:
Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Delivery Checker's will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator
Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
Ensure your own and the team's KPI's are met
Perform and document weekly supervision with each team member
Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback to each team member regarding
output and error rates

Retail and Asset Solutions are looking for a warehouse team captain to join our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a warehouse team captain, you will be responsible for achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages of stock, before they leave the warehouse, to ensure they meet the delivery requests and no errors have been made.
