Here's what you can expect every day: Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary. Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections, or by using machinery. Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to machines. Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas, using automated paint mixing equipment. Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products with such materials as silver and copper solution, rubber, paint, glaze, oil, or rustproofing materials. Turn dials, handwheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure, and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings or paints. Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons. Record operational data on specified forms. Start pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks. Required Skills:

Full Driving License and own transport
The Position
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will be responsible for driving around Bristol to complete audits on deliveries.
Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between: 00:00-00:00

Full Driving License and access to your own transport
You will be required to:
Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Delivery Checker's will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator
Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally

As our Blending Operator you will assure product quality by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as solvents, resins, pigments, latex, and other chemical additives in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner to ultimately provide paint to the customer. Turn dials, handwheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure, and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings or paints. Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons. Record operational data on specified forms. Start pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks. We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Scientist with deep expertise in the Tile & Stone product segment to join our R&D team in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) sector.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing both interior and exterior tile, stone, and masonry sealers and treatments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, particularly in the formulation and application of tile & stone products.

Technology Competency:
The R&D Scientist candidate will demonstrate and apply the following skills to their work. Strong understanding of Scientific Methodology.
Hypothesis driven research and problem-solving capability using experimental design, data analysis and documentation. Coating Chemistries: Primary expertise in SB and WB acrylics and sil(ox)anes formulas for use in sealers and protectants on both interior and exterior tile, stone, masonry and concrete surfaces.
Expertise in epoxy, urethane, polyaspartics etc.
valuable Coating Formulation Science: Lead the design, development, and optimization of Tile & Stone sealers, treatments and specialty products for countertops, flooring and other related surfaces. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Tile & Stone sealer market, specifications (TCNA, ANSI, ASTM etc..), and professional end user requirements to develop high-performance products tailored to specific market needs. Apply expert knowledge of organic chemistry and material science to troubleshoot complex formulation issues, enhance product performance, and ensure product stability and safety.
Technical Leadership:
Ability to develop and implement project plans and timelines while managing multiple high level projects.
Measuring progress and providing updates in alignment with marketing Demonstrated capability of becoming a vocal and influential voice in project planning and deliverables together in collaboration with a cross functional team Ability to make strategic decisions (technical and staff utilization) and influence leaders and scientist to execute those initiative while managing business strategy and value creation Outstanding technical skills, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
Drive product innovation by researching and integrating new raw materials, technologies, and methodologies into aerosol formulations to enhance performance, durability, and user experience. Education Guidelines
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or other equivalent scientific field required MS or PhD is preferred Salary Range: up to $100,000 annually, with bonus eligibility

Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Milton Keynes - £25,701
Full Driving License and own transport
The Position
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will be responsible for driving around Milton Keynes to complete audits on deliveries.
Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between: 06:00-00:00 & 00:00-08:00
Working Environment: Mixed
Full Driving License and access to your own transport
You will be required to:
Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Delivery Checker's will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator
Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
Ensure your own and the team's KPI's are met
Perform and document weekly supervision with each team member
Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback to each team member regarding
output and error rates
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
All work may require prolonged periods of standing and all employees will be required to kneel, bend and squat in order to access and work with low and ground level stock.
