Typically, this person will produce high-quality composite components using vacuum-assisted resin infusion techniques.
Working with materials like carbon fibre and glass fibre, they prepare moulds, lay up dry fabrics, set up vacuum bagging systems, and control resin flow to ensure strong, lightweight structures for vessels.
The role involves precise workmanship, reading technical drawings, adhering to strict safety and quality standards, and often collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet performance and durability requirements in demanding marine environments.

• Duties and responsibilities of the Infusion Laminator:
• Prepare moulds and lay up dry fibre materials (e.g.
carbon, glass) for resin infusion.
• Set up vacuum bagging systems and monitor resin flow during infusion.
• De mould, trim, and finish composite parts to high standards.
• Inspect components and complete quality documentation.
• Follow health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and chemicals.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Qualifications and requirement for the Infusion Laminator:
• Proven experience in composite lay-up and vacuum resin infusion (ideally marine, aerospace, or automotive sectors).
• Understanding of composite materials like carbon fibre, glass fibre, epoxy, and polyester resins.
• Skilled in mould prep, vacuum bagging, and defect-free infusion.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and lay-up schedules.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.

Conduct formal requests for quote, tabulate, review and compare bids with specifications to verify conformance; consider the quality of items, services and abilities of the supplier in terms of company needs. Evaluate, monitor, select and revise the supplier base based on price, quality, service/support, warranty, and reliability. Develop monthly reports and measures on purchasing activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field preferred. 10 years of procurement, supply chain or related experience required. Previous experience in overseas procurement supply chain management preferred.
Prior experience with vendor negotiation and managing complex supplier relationships in a regulated environment, strongly preferred.
Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance (e.g pricing agreements, terms of service), preferred. Experience with ERP systems required.
Certifications
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.

The primary result expected from the Maintenance Mechanic will be to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Here's what you can expect: • Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. • Follow checklists to inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions. • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. • Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, machinery, and equipment. • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Required Skills: • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required • Ability to do basic math. • Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. • Ability to operate machinery • Ability to solve problems in a team environment. • Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process. • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. • Willing to work overtime as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.

EDUCATION:
