GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Technical Representative for Facades ensures proper application of Tremco CPG Modulite products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.
This position works remote and supports the North Central Region.
You must be willing to travel within the region.
We prefer you live in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.
Modulite has everything you need for the construction of 2D panelized walls systems, 3D modular units and prefabricated building components.
We manufacture exterior wall panels and supply materials to modular manufacturers and panel fabricators, such as:
Sealants & adhesives
Air and weather barriers
Spray foams
Firestopping
Continuous insulation & exterior cladding
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Exercise clear and confident communication of product lines and construction practices during presentation delivery.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of facades, EIFS, Plastering
Metal or exterior wall panels experience preferred

Summary
Carboline is looking for a dynamic and passionateterritory Sales Representative with a hunter mentality and experience in the paint and coatings industry.
This position entails a dual focus: maximizing sales and generating new business from the current customer base, while simultaneously identifying and securing new prospects to enhance territory volume, revenue, and overall profitability.
We are seeking candidates located near large cities in Virginia. This position will report into the Southeast Region Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors in business or a technical degree or equivalent experience
4+ years sales and or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions
Drive sales growth by engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and identifying market trends.
Engages with customers and prospective clients to provide comprehensive information regarding products, new releases, available services, and supply status.
Offer technical assistance when required.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Management to secure and renew orders and provide exceptional service levels to customer.
Strategically plan and execute a robust sales program within the assigned territory, focusing on identifying and acquiring new business while maximizing repeat customer opportunities.
Collaborate with all company personnel and utilize resources to provide top tier customer service ensuring satisfaction.
Ensure timely resolution and effective follow-up on all customer complaints, returns, and claims.
Generate comprehensive reporting on key developments within accounts, prospects, competitors, and the broader market, to support management's research, analysis, and planning efforts.
Present annual sales data, including breakdowns of target markets and accounts.
May function as a Field Technical Service Engineer as requested.
Demonstrate a commitment to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Qualifications required from Regulatory Affairs Manager :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in regulatory affairs within chemical manufacturing.
Working knowledge of international chemical regulations and compliance systems.
