My client is an established law firm who specialise in residential property and have been through an exceptional period of growth over the last 5 years.
They are looking for additional Remote Working Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their growing team due to further ambitious plans to expand.
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of transactions, providing conveyancing for clients and delivering completions within the required timeframes as per the terms of their auction transactions.
Ideally, you will be used to working within a fast-paced environment and handling files at every stage of the conveyancing process.
On top of effectively managing your caseload, you will also be responsible for providing an excellent customer service to clients and third-parties, as well as maintaining internal relationships across the business.
You will work with your assigned Conveyancing Assistant, allocating and delegating tasks to assist with the delivery of targets and timeframes.
You will be used to working in a fast paced and driven environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- You will handle your own case load of around 65-75 files, working in an organised and effective manner in order to hit deadlines.
- You will work collaboratively with your assigned Conveyancing Assistant(s) and Sales Progressor, allocating and delegating tasks to assist with the delivery of targets and timeframes.
- You will use your strong customer service and relationship building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors on their transactions, providing regular updates to ensure files are progressed to completion as quickly as possible.
- You will obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds (if the land is unregistered), drafting legal documents, including but not limited to contracts and Land Registry documents.
- You will ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules.
- You will present yourself and your firm in the best way to your partner agents, their clients your team and everyone else involved in the transaction.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as Conveyancer, be a licensed conveyancer or equivalent or Solicitor NQ up to 5 years PQE
Minimum 12 months case handling experience required with the ability to title check Freehold/Leasehold and unregistered
- Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Have attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines with a proactive approach
- Work well in a fast-paced environment

- Understand and report on complex legal issues and documentation.
- Actively communicating with clients, recommenders, conveyancers, agents and third parties.
This will include communication in person, in writing, or by telephone.

Our innovative and successful Client is looking for a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager where you will be effectively supporting the leadership team and line mangers in developing the SHEQ strategy for the business, whilst ensuring operations operate to the highest standards of safety, health, environmental and quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities for the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager
Implement, communicate and update the business with regards to all Company policies and procedures and any changes with regards to SHEQ
Review and maintain the current management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) and ensuring they meet the requirements of the standards and work towards the creation of an integrated management system for all three of the standards
Provide a source of knowledge and expertise with regards to SHEQ for all internal and external departments in the Company
Develop a Health and Safety training matrix and manage Health and Safety training and awareness programmes which encompass all health and safety issues
Ensuring that all contractors working on company sites have completed the contractor management process
Undertake full and detailed investigations into all accidents/incidents, fires and dangerous occurrences, and issuing reports detailing causes and recommended action
Liaising with management and the authorities, as required on the notification of accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences, and the reporting/recording of these incidents
Assisting when required in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements in conjunction with activities carried out by employees
Provide leadership to the safety team ensuring that outputs and actions are communicated across the company
Manage the ISO audit and inspection programme across the company
Promote a safe working culture and encourage continuous improvement and employee engagement across the Company
Required skills, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies required
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001
Experience of working within a H&S environment
Confidentiality, methodical, process driven

My client is currently seeking a Head of Technical Operations to come on board to be responsible for ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of Service Delivery, Applications, and Technology services in support of the client's business operations.
The role ensures IT services are effectively aligned with evolving business needs, while cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
It provides strategic direction in the planning and development of technical solutions, oversees the ongoing delivery and performance of technology services, and ensures a balanced allocation of IT resources across both operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
Key skills and responsibilities,
Previous Head of operations experience
Strong Infrastructure knowledge and experience
Proven experience in leading medium to large-scale teams
Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with: Virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware), Enterprise storage solutions, Microsoft technology stack and roadmaps, including Active Directory and SQL Server, Voice systems (Avaya preferred)

Do you have strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff codes, and import/export processes? Our client, a leading accounting firm, has a fantastic opportunity for a Customs Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role can be based ideally in one of the client's UK office locations.
Consideration also given to remote working.
Skills/Experience:
Experience in customs compliance, international trade, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff codes, and import/export processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in any relevant software or tools, e.g., customs software, ERP systems.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct post clearance audits utilising client information, including MSS Data.
Undertake tariff classification of client's products.
Preparation and submission of post-clearance amendments, C285 and C2001 and dealing with any queries on these raised by HMRC.
Assist with management of Customs special procedures, including preparation of bills of discharge.
Conduct custom research, tax planning, and the preparation of supporting work papers for various customs advisories and customs related projects.
Consulting with clients, reviewing tax information and responding to questions and concerns.
Assist with preparation and submission of Advanced Tariff, Origin or Valuation rulings
Responding to HMRC inquiries.
Build and manage client relationships.
Assist in organising trainings and other departmental activities within and outside the firm.
Maintain accurate and up to date client records.
Perform the necessary Risk Management and KYC procedures for engagements.
Assist Senior Associates and Managers with engagement administration and billing.
