A well-established and friendly Yorkshire law firm are recruiting for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join them in their Leeds City Centre offices to work in their busy property team.
The firm has a strong standing in the Yorkshire market, with various offices across the region.
This role will suit someone who is currently working in a commercial property team or someone who is working in a residential conveyancing team and who is looking to transfer over to commercial property work.
The Role
In this role you will be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a wide range of commercial property matters from file opening, through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support to other fee earners, solicitors, and partners
Lots of client contact with a client base of regional SMEs
Drafting and research
Obtaining and preparing file documentation
Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from clients and other parties
About You
At least 6 months experience within a Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing department
Previous experience of dealing with clients
Ability to organise and prioritise work
Ability to work under pressure
