Position Duties & Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in coordination and collaboration with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases their market share of performed work to WTI.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in coordination and collaboration with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include:
Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results
Personnel and process management
All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority
Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies, and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance with:

Key Responsibilities:
Workload Management: Oversee the allocation of maintenance tasks across the department.
Team Development: Strengthen the team and enhance Engineering capabilities to improve plant performance and increase efficiency.
Project Leadership: Lead electrical improvement projects in collaboration with central project teams.
Deputy Support: Step in for the Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring smooth operations.
Subcontractor Management: Assist with subcontractor oversight and ensuring safety standards are met.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve recurring electrical issues through engineering improvements.
Reliability Focus: Drive improvements in plant reliability through electrical best practices.
We are looking for experienced candidates who have worked as Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar roles in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Experienced Contracts Manager for Insurance Repair WorksOur client is a long-established Essex based Construction Company, who carry out a broad spectrum of works from specialised works to churches and listed buildings to mainstream construction and insurance repairs.
Employing approximately 100 employees.They are looking for an experienced contracts manager for Insurance repair works primarily out of their central Essex head office but ideally home based and living in central Kent, covering predominantly the Kent area as part of their insurance team.
You will be dealing with technical claims ranging from £1k to £500k on both domestic and commercial property insurance claims.
You will be responsible for scoping and estimating the repair works, then contracts managing and surveying the works to completion and submitting both interim and final accounts whilst maintaining a close relationship with clients and supply chain.Job role and responsibilities
Accurately surveying repairs to domestic & commercial properties for all insured perils.Scoping the required works onto various electronic scoping systems and/or produce competitive tenders for the works including written specifications, whilst having regard for the insured perils.Preparing tender enquiries for suppliers and subcontractors, analyse tender returns and place supply and subcontract orders.Ascertain Health & Safety risks and ensure Health & Safety on site and the compilation of CPP’s.Liaison with clients’ representatives & establishment of good working relationships together with attendance at and contribution at site meetings.Ability to understand, implement and maintain client SLA’s.Ensuring projects are completed on budget and to schedule.Carry out site audits and ensure quality of works on site.Deal with variations and any problems on site.Deal with final accounts and hand over to accounts for invoicing.
What skills/experience will you need?For the role you will need to have a proven track record of managing client and quality focused, profitable insurance repairs over a number of years.
You will be used to producing accurate scope of works, have good computer and organisational skills, an excellent knowledge of trades and relevant costs within the industry and used to managing multiple trades and multiple sites.
You will possess good time management skills and the ability to work both as part of a busy team and remotely when required.
