Senior Construction Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.). This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
