We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced CNC Miller with expertise in Heidenhain controls to join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team for a weekend shift.

CNC Miller Overview:
As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and optimising complex CNC milling programs using both Heidenhain and Hypermill software.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-precision components for our diverse range of projects.
CNC Miller Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise CNC milling programs using Heidenhain and offline Hypermill software.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate machining strategies.
- Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for optimal performance.
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project success.
CNC Miller Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer.
- Expert proficiency in Heidenhain programming (essential).
- Strong experience with Hypermill CAM software (desirable).
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of tooling selection, cutting parameters, and machining techniques.
- Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues.
Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners.
Contacts and communicates directly with all levels of company management, staff members, and clients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including Test and Balance or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of Indoor Air Quality and how it affects the building occupants.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.). Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented. Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 15% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $75,000.

The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues.
Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners.
Contacts and communicates directly with all levels of company management, staff members, and clients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including Test and Balance or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of Indoor Air Quality and how it affects the building occupants.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.). Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented. Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 15% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $75,000.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A High School diploma is required.
Bachelor's degree in quality, chemistry, chemical engineering, durable manufacturing or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Attain and maintain all related Health and Safety Certifications.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Supervise the quality process to ensure the production environment has what is needed to meet key business/manufacturing metrics which satisfy customer needs and product standards.
Key responsibilities include spending time on the production floor, performing quality checks on finished products and raw materials, overseeing manufacturing processes and controls, striving for continuous improvement, and supporting ISO quality systems and compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Perform all required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
Ensure that quality checks are performed at the required frequency and targets, additionally periodically evaluate target levels, and amend as appropriate.
Regularly audit products and process to ensure standard work is executed on the floor and in the lab.
Ensure that any non-conforming product is properly identified for a decision on disposition by Management.
Track, report, and reduce manufacturing waste.
Work directly with purchasing personnel on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Lead ISO Quality systems.
Research into customer complaints including but not limited to engaging in root cause investigation, suggesting corrective action, implementing actions, and providing follow up while following the SAP quality process and maintaining metrics.
Manage all lab functions and staff, while assuring the safety and integrity of those operations and employees.
Maintain all testing equipment and ensure that it is in proper working order.
Organize and maintain related files, logs, and reports.
Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished products (specification, sample size and frequency) as well as a robust training process.
Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation.
Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification.
