Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be working on a complex caseload that includes:
Re-mortgages
Transfer of equity
Right to buy
Sales and purchase
Leasehold transactions
Lease extensions
Deeds of variation

There will also be exposure to work on some Commercial Property transactions including landlord/tenant, share sales and section 106 agreements.
About You
Within this role, the successful candidate will ideally have at least 5+ years' PQE, is able to work well under pressure and has fantastic communication skills.
