GC Administration Supervisor
Note: This position will support the South Atlantic and Gulf Coast Regions within our Eastern Division.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all General Contracting project administration staff in addition to project administration duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises Project Administrators
Responsibilities of Project Administration
Possess a thorough understanding of all interfacing departments such as Field, Credit, Accounting, Finance, etc.
Process commission adjustments and chargebacks
Assist Business Operations Support Manager in open credit disputes with the finance team
Questions regarding billings, disputes, bonds, insurance, customer submittals, material issues, material releases, customer specific documents that are unfamiliar, commissions
Communicate changes in administrator roles to appropriate internal and external personnel (i.e.
sales reps, CM's, division managers, regional managers etc.)
Readsoft, Invoice Cancelation, and PO Review/Release approval
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraising, reward and discipline of employees
Coordinate work with key Project/Construction Managers, Tech Supervisors, Customers, Management, Sales Reps and Resource Management
Conflict resolution with Sales Reps, CM's, Division Managers and Internal personnel from other internal areas
Assist Business Operations Support Manager with audits
Assist Business Operations Support Manager with month end reporting
Monitor, review and resolve Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Review and approve timesheets and vacation schedules
Perform reviews and PEPs for direct reports
Special projects as needed
EDUCATION:
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years related experience and/or training
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
General Contracting/Construction background preferred
Federal Contracting including Government, State and Local

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Program Administrator supports the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes role.

Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable.

Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion.
Maintain a weekly schedule for WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customers).
Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to the Program Manager/customer.
Customer portals
Updating customer work order status with ETA
Updating customer invoice system with Invoice
Special Project Assignments
Be accountable for managing your day based on tasks set forth by the Program Manager.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.
EDUCATION

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for:
Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system.
As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary liaison with our software provider, as the internal "super-user", in understanding the system capabilities; creating user training and ongoing maintenance updates to ensure access and compliance for all internal customers.
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, answering and making telephone calls, and providing general service related to the warranty function.
Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount.
Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals.
Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required.
Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc.
Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating closely with internal departments including Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, Project Administration, Field Operations, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.

The overall responsibility of the Warehouse and Yard operation is to ensure that the company's service, quality, safety and environmental standards are upheld.
Ensure that safety is a high priority among both employees and visitors.
Proactively engaging with colleagues across the business, particularly Production and PLW teams, to maximise warehouse storage capacity efficiently in line with production and forecasts.
Ensuring Quality Control processes are robustly implemented to ensure all stock is received, stored, and delivered in optimum condition.
System accuracy to always ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across the warehouse and outside storage.
Taking responsibility for the operating procedures and disciplines within the warehouse and across the yard, ensuring full compliance and undertaking the planning and deployment of labour resources to meet the volume of despatch, picking and goods-in requirement.
Carry out employees' performance reviews, team briefing and training as necessary.
Ensure that the warehouse operates to the Company processes and that all checks and audits are carried out.
Raising purchase requisitions, raising and inputting GRNs.
Overall responsibility for the loading and unloading of customer and supplier vehicles.
Plan and organise all warehouse activities.
Ensure that all outgoing and incoming stock is checked for quality and quantity.
Responsible for the stock handover process.
Ensure that perpetual stock inventories are carried out and that the stock records are accurate.
Carry out quality and environmental checks, which ensures that the site complies with all the relevant BSI and internal audit requirements.
Ensure mobile plant maintenance checks are carried out thoroughly, and records maintained.
Review and maintain the site's vehicle and pedestrian traffic routes to ensure they are always safe.
Skills and Experience of Warehouse Team Leader
Experience with SAP is a must
Experience working in a warehouse and yard environment at management level across an inbound and outbound multi-shift site.
Have good time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks in time and keep to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
