The Role of the Regional Sales Manager
The main element of the role is to sell ultrasound Point of Care capital equipment.

The Role of the Territory Manager

To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.

Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks. Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers and Stonhard Territory Managers. Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs in weight) Driving time in a typical day may be up to 30%. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
