Specialist law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a remote basis.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role within a firm who is expanding to the North West due to an influx of work and are wanting to establish themselves in Manchester.
About the role
Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be vital to help setting up the North West office as well as picking up day-to-day duties that includes:
Running your own caseload of matters including sales, purchases and remortgages
Supporting more junior members of the team
Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
Building and maintaining a stable network
Fully Remote work environment
Within this role, you will be joining a fully remote team but will be required to go in on a hybrid basis once the office has been established, occasionally.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well under pressure and is looking for an exciting new role where they can really hit the ground running.
