JOB DESCRIPTION WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS: • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic • Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision • Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift • Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment • Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements • Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process • Strong organization and prioritizing skills • Must be proficient in math • Must be have forklift license • Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound • Must be able to follow directions and work independently • Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments • Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet • Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment. • Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases • Comply effectively with company work and safety rules. • Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages • Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand. • Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent • Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred. • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Strong organizational skills • Forklift Certified • Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices • Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred. • Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and coordinate key North American training programs: Collect and organize training needs and requests. Follow up on training requests from customer partners and sales team representatives. Schedule programs and events while maintaining an up-to-date calendar. Book venues and arrange necessary equipment. Order catering to ensure a pleasant participant experience. Secure and schedule trainers for various programs. Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides, feedback forms, and certificates of completion. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. Monitor and manage emails related to training activities sent to the shared email inbox (TremcoCPGLearning@tremcoinc.com). Utilize the eLearning platform to maintain accurate training records, including tracking attendance, completions, and issuing certificates. Ensure compliance with organizational policies by employees and vendors involved in the training process. Handle attendee payment processing and communicate outstanding balances to stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION
The EH&S Specialist job functions include but not limited to implementation and maintenance of environment, health, and safety programs at DAP's Dallas Facility (75%) and DAP's Garland DC (25%).
Key responsibilities include, identifying, developing and implementing plant safety directives in conjunction with Legal, HR and Operations departments.
Assist facilities with; safety & environmental compliance obligations, develop and manage implementation of directives, coordination of worker's compensation objectives, audit and assist in correction of all deficiencies of facilities for adherence to compliance objectives and directives, all site compliance activities, assist with facility required inspections and investigations, some travel will be required to assist other facilities will be required.
Responsibilities
Identify and Communicate Compliance Obligations
Monitor regulatory developments in environment/health/safety area for new/revised compliance obligations, areas of potential risk/liability, and advise plant leadership regarding these issues. Assist with development of health/safety compliance strategies in conjunction with corporate directives. Develop/distribute plain language health/safety compliance requirement directives to plant mgmt.

Network with industry peers, via participation in trade associations and seminars.
Act in a Leadership Role with Plant Personnel in Fulfilling Health/Safety Compliance Obligations Provide direction, review and oversee all safety systems.
Identify, communicate and assist in the development of Best Practices for injury prevention.
Ensure reporting/record-keeping is complete, accurate and timely per OSHA and state agency requirements, insurer's requirements and DAP mandated requirements.
Prepare and/or approve employee training materials on health/safety, conduct training where plant resources are inadequate, or where centralized training responsibility is appropriate.
Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and Directives
Conduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives.
Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis Program Lead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive.
Maintain Environmental reporting requirements Keep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.
Computer software familiarity. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Experience in research skills. Certified Safety Professional preferred Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

Responsibilities:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses. Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Create and/or guide engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances for designs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets. Experienced in plastic injection molding and plastic parts design. Proven leadership in managing new product development, start to finish. Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for consumer goods products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required.
