JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region.
Works with Design Build construction firms.
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account.
Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects within his/her SFA project pipeline.
Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers relating to Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services.
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Contacts a minimum of 10-15 clients in-person per week.
Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
Valid Driver's License

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx.
$15,000 - $40,000

Service Desk Team Lead - Professional Services - £50k - £60k - London The Service Desk Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the London IT Service Desk, ensuring top-tier technical support and exemplary customer service for all staff, and clients.
In addition to general local and global service desk duties, this role at times will involve hands-on user support across multiple channels - phone, email, instant messaging/chat, and in-person.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: o WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. o Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. o WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. o Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. • Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.

Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. • Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. • Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • 30-hour OSHA certification • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
