You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for accountancy and tax queries
- Process quarterly VAT returns, management accounts, year-end accounts, and account reconciliations
- Attend client meetings, plan and research, and be the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Deal with Inland Revenue and Companies House queries, writing necessary letters/documentation following in-house branding
- Assist with the management and training of the Accounts Senior
- Provide analysis and forecast financial reporting, advising on potential issues, trends, and improvements
- Assist with the tax return compliance process, including collating, preparing, submitting, and reviewing individual and company tax returns
Candidate Profile
- Fully ACCA / ACA qualified
- Understanding of corporation and personal tax
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in practice
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software (CCH, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Full driving licence holder

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a well-established retailer within the premium leisure and lifestyle sector.
This full-time role offers basic salary of £25,500 & uncapped OTE £35,000 - £40,000 and benefits.
As a Sales Executive, you will be managing in-store and showroom sales across multiple locations.
You will be working across four Hampshire locations, with occasional travel required to support the Redditch and Worthing stores.
Travel expenses will be covered.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing in-store and showroom sales across multiple locations on a rota basis.
* Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
* Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
* Maintaining accurate records and managing the customer journey end-to-end.
* Representing the brand with a professional, consultative sales approach.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant, Retail Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, Showroom Sales Executive, Luxury Sales Consultant or in a similar role.
* At least 1 year of experience in sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Background in selling high-value items (e.g.
cars, Conservatories) would be preferred.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office.
* Willing to undertake a basic DBS check and adverse credit check.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK electronics manufacturing provider based in North England - our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance and develop customer relationships, drive business growth, and lead new business development across North England.
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager based in North England:
Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities across target markets, with a 60% focus on hunting new customers and 40% on key account management
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on PCB assembly, contract manufacturing, surface mount, box build, and sheet metal services
Expand relationships with existing customers to maximise business potential across design, production, and quality divisions
Collaborate closely with Estimating and Production teams to ensure competitive, timely quotes and customer satisfaction
Respond promptly to sales enquiries and follow up proactively
Coordinate business development efforts across all group divisions and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
Provide regular updates on prospects and projects to senior management, including opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and CRM maintenance

Skills and experience required for the Business Development Manager based in North England:
Provable experience in electronics manufacturing sales, preferably contract manufacturing or PCB assembly
Proven track record of successful new business development and key account management
Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Established network of contacts within the PCB and defence sectors is essential
Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work independently and on the road
Fully computer literate with mainstream software proficiency
Full UK driving licence required
Desirable:
Degree qualified (preferred but not essential)
Experience selling into Medical Device, Aerospace, Military & Defence, Life Science, Space, Automotive, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Maritime, Industrial Equipment, or Networking sectors
Familiarity with integrated manufacturing environments offering design, manufacturing, and assembly services
