GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Manager (Laboratory) leverages expertise to execute and direct projects across technology platforms while striving to improve efficiencies of involved processes.
This includes coordinating activities to support product development, marketing, and training regarding product system performance.
As such, they should have knowledge relating to various UL, FM, ASTMs pertaining to building envelope construction products.
The Manager (Laboratory) is expected to effectively communicate project updates to influence both strategic tactical business discussions.
They oversee and mentor junior staff members in the completion of their tasks and developmental goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise product or system testing that supports intradepartmental and cross functional business initiatives.
Responsible for developing and managing the department's budget.
Lead multiple project activities through a defined testing process.
Oversee the design of experiments to evaluate and optimize the performance attributes of various technologies/chemistries.
Understand process capability, design selection criteria, and regulatory requirements needed to support third party certification, iterative product development, and market focused product evaluations.
Presents information instructionally, demonstratively, and persuasively to Influence tactical and strategic discussions amongst peers and management effectively.
Assures and validates proper documentation of responsible technical and/or experimental activities.
Explores conceptual ideas relating to the refinement of test protocols to improve process efficiency or the creation of new processes to support product development and/or regulatory demands.
Guide, coach, and mentor direct reports, both Supervisors and individual contributors, in achieving defined goals while providing developmental opportunities.
Collaboratively engages stakeholders to guide development or overcome challenges.
Acts as a liaison between third party test facilities (UL, FM, etc.) and the company.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: 4-year degree inBuilding Science, Construction Science and Management, or Engineering or related.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Preferred fire testing experience.

Responsible for unloading trailers with inbound deliveries and checking/completing supporting documents. Responsible for the safe and accurate loading of all outbound freight. Responsible for the accurate consolidation of the partial skids in preparation for shipment. Responsible for accurately staging outbound loads daily. Responsible for wrapping all completed production skids. Responsible for processing and organizing the return area. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping expectations. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.

Job Purpose
The Controller, PCG North America a newly created role and will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial integrity and operational effectiveness of the region's (primarily US and Canada) finance organization.
This individual will play a central role in driving standardization and optimization of core financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the financial landscape.
This will be done alongside the objective of achieving a single accounting location designation from an audit perspective.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting acumen (USGAAP and company policies), process improvement expertise, and strong leadership to support the company's strategic growth.
This role will have direct reports, consisting of a Controller from each operating company in North America.
This position is not remote and requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site at our Maple Shade, New Jersey location.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance or willing to relocate.
Principal Accountabilities

Process Standardization & Optimization
In collaboration with the PCG Controller and Director of Global Accounting Processes, lead efforts to standardize financial processes and procedures across the North American region for P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles. Design and implementation of control environment to achieve a single accounting location designation from an audit perspective. Partner with business process owners to align regional practices with global standards and best practices. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage the maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the Global Service Centers (GSC) when appropriate.
Financial Close & Reporting
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process (R2R), ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP, and local requirements as applicable. Manage balance sheet integrity and provide analytical insight into variances and trends. Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful audit outcomes. Oversee, navigate, and communicate complex accounting policies and procedures to the accounting and finance department as well as other business stakeholders.
Transaction Cycle Oversight
Drive accountability and control across the Procure-to-Pay process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments. Oversee Order-to-Cash activities, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition in coordination with commercial teams. Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure finance processes support and enable business performance.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks (SOX), identifying and mitigating financial risks. Document and continuously improve finance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with the industry's best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Promote cross-functional alignment between finance, manufacturing operations, and shared service centers to ensure seamless financial process execution.
Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Deep knowledge of financial transaction cycles (P2P, O2C, R2R) and experience leading process standardization and transformation efforts. Experience developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor the health of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and drive continuous improvement. Strong understanding of US GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory valuation in a manufacturing context. Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting. Deep knowledge and experience with accounting processes and controls. Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains. Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
