About the Role:
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to children with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote pupil progress.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver targeted interventions, manage behaviour positively, and help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
This role is full-time, Mon - Fri from approx.
08.30 - 16:00.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ASD, ASC, and ADHD in a mainstream classroom
Assist with classroom tasks, group activities, and learning interventions
Implement strategies to support emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs
Help pupils develop independence, social skills, and confidence
Support the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and pupil observations
Liaise with teachers, SEN staff, and parents where appropriate
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events and enrichment activities
Candidate Requirements:
Must have experience working with children (formal school experience not essential)
A degree in education, psychology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
A genuine interest in SEND and inclusive education
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to support and behaviour management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

Integra Education are seeking a highly experienced Education Psychologist to manage and coordinate the therapy elements of an EHCP delivered by Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) package for two young people aged between 15 and 18.
This is a part-time position that can be delivered remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language, Art Therapist, Autism and PDA practitioner, and Mental Health practitioner, ensuring interventions are aligned with each young person's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and are consistently reviewed, commissioned, and reported on.
You will be working closely with the Provision Coordinator and will play an active role in the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and annual review processes.
Delivery Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, term time only.
Delivery is expected to take place Monday to Friday (3-4 hours per day), hours must be completed between 9-5.30pm, we can be flexible, but the hours must be fixed upon starting, to ensure availability for coordination with families, therapists, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the work of a therapy team including external professionals such as: Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech and Language Therapists (SALT),Art Therapist, Mental Health Practitioners and Autism and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) Practitioners
Ensure all therapy provision is delivered in line with EHCP requirements and reflects each young person's evolving needs.
Applicants must have previous experience working with autistic individuals, ideally in an educational or therapeutic context.
Maintain regular communication with therapists, reviewing reports, plans, and progress updates.
Responsible for planning, organising, and booking all EHCP provision and reviews in line with statutory timeframes and individual learner needs.
Act as the main liaison between therapists, the Provision Coordinator, families, and external stakeholders.
Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings and annual reviews, providing oversight on therapeutic provision.
Escalate any issues with provision, capacity, or clinical concerns in collaboration with the Provision Coordinator.
Support planning, commissioning, and quality assurance of therapy services.
Essential Criteria:
Professional qualification in education, psychology, therapy, or health-related discipline
Experience managing or coordinating therapy or multi-disciplinary teams in education or health contexts
Experience supporting young people aged 14-19 with SEND and/or therapeutic needs, ideally within educational or alternative settings
Strong understanding of EHCP processes and SEND frameworks in England
Familiarity with a range of therapeutic disciplines (e.g., OT, SALT, mental health, autism support)
Excellent coordination, planning, organisation and communication skills
Proficient in using remote communication tools and digital documentation systems
Comfortable working remotely and independently while maintaining structured oversight and documentation
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with a variety of external contractors
Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and GDPR compliance
Desirable Criteria:
Experience working within an EOTAS, alternative provision, or MDT context
Experience commissioning or quality-assuring therapy provision
Strong understanding of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and experience supporting individuals with high demand avoidance profiles.
Knowledge of trauma-informed practice or neurodiversity-led approaches
Familiarity with PDA, autism-specific therapy models, or integrated mental health pathways
