Position Overview
You will be responsible for undertaking all PPM and reactive maintenance of electrical equipment including EML systems, floor boxes, breakers and isolators at two designated sites.
This role involves participating in an out-of-hours rota where you will be paid a retention bonus plus overtime.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Qualified to 18th Edition or above in Electrical Engineering
- Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance processes
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members

- Experience programming Programmable Logic controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) using software such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Festo, Codesys, Siemens.
- Knowledge of setting up Servos, VFDs, Remote I/O, Ethernet and Profibus networks.
- Proven electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical experience within the automation industry.
- Ability to follow electrical and pneumatic schematic diagrams and drawings.
- Knowledge of 6 Axis Robot systems is preferred.

Lead and manage the mechanical/electrical team
Oversee the creation and review of mechanical/electrical designs
Take ownership of drawing production, including schematics and engineering calculations
The Successful Senior Building Services Engineer Will Have:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
ACIBSE- Essential
MCIBS - Desirable
At least 8 years of design experience in building services
Project lead experience
Knowledge of CAD/Revit
