GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.
Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures.
Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Crosstrain on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma required.
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
3-5 years of experience, in lieu of one-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift license preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in 480-volt 3 phase electricity required (Preferred in AB).
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit.
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment.
Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.
Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete block industry. Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training to clients on the use and benefits of admixtures. Prepare and present product proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to clients in selecting the right admixture products for their concrete block needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application of concrete admixtures. Work closely with R&D and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and tailor product offerings. Provide training to customers on the proper handling, mixing, and application of admixtures. Support the marketing team by contributing to product-related content, including technical brochures and case studies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry, preferably with concrete admixtures or similar products. Strong understanding of the manufactured concrete (block, pavers and mcp) process and the role of admixtures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Technical certifications in concrete technology or related fields. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Title: Materials Coordinator
Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Materials Coordinator at their facility in Green Bay, WI.
The Materials Coordinator manages all warehouse stock for rework, recertification, or evaluation.
The individual is also responsible for inventory control of raw materials and containers.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree (Business preferred) or equivalent experience, with two years prior Warehouse experience. Proficient in Microsoft office. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.
Essential Functions:
Manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures including variance control at the plant. Coordinate with shipping on the disbursement of finished goods to the distribution center. Report and investigate raw material outages/shortages and expiring material. Review and monitor pre-stage batching materials for accuracy and ensure inventory integrity. Identify slow-moving raw materials and relocate to other production facilities as needed. Perform periodic raw material reviews for changes in trend. Coordinate with plant to apply existing N Material into production batches, maximizing possible opportunities to rework per existing material rules. Maintain proper housekeeping procedures to provide a safe working environment. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works with HazMat companies to develop profiles for classification of waste and proper disposal timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a part of Carboline Global Continuous Improvement Team supporting the development and execution of continuous improvement projects at the Green Bay manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions:
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to teach and model them.
Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes. Ability to influence, mentor, and coach to get results through others. Collaborates with operations manager and/or plant engineering on modification of equipment and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency and quality. Works together with R&D, engineering, and plant resources to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. Collaborates with R&D on process development - Including reviewing and approving proposed manufacturing procedures for new products. Provides technical support and consultation to the Quality Control department.
Specifically, regarding recovery plans for off-specification, obsolete, and problem finished goods. Monitors the consistency of production using SQC, SPC, or other appropriate techniques. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
