Responsibilities:

Manage data tracking and filing for environmental permits (air, water, hazardous waste), safety statistics, and corporate EHS reporting requirements. Develop and oversee Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Label Guides as part of the North American Chemical Management System. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product labels and technical data sheets meet regulation standards, reviewing and approving all labels before release. Stay informed of evolving laws and regulations, sharing critical updates with stakeholders to maintain compliance and adapt quickly.
Experience and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field. A strong interest in EHS, with internship experience, related coursework, or relevant work experience preferred. A proactive attitude and great collaboration skills for working with a wide range of people, including managers, engineers, and team members on site. An ability to understand and learn technical concepts, including chemical safety and regulatory standards. Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to develop problem-solving expertise. Familiarity with basic software tools like Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP or environmental management software is helpful but not required-we'll teach you! A genuine passion for safety, sustainability, and making a positive impact on workplace culture.

They are currently looking for a skilled Forensic Vehicle Fire Investigator to join their Forensic Investivation team,
The Role - Forensic Vehicle Fire Investigator:
â Travelling to and from storage compounds or the location of fire damaged vehicles
â Conducting thorough, forensic vehicle examinations, capturing important details and Photographs
â Using the results of inspection in conjunction with other evidence to determine the likely origin and cause of vehicle fires
â Producing, independent, technical reports that accurately present and interpret the evidence in a manner easily understandable by a layperson, insurer, lawyer, or court.
â Working in full compliance of civil procedure rules
â Liaising with barristers/ legal teams and giving expert witness testimony in court where required
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Forensic Vehicle Fire Investigator:
- Experience in Forensic Investivations
- A Level 5 (HND) qualification in an engineering subject and previous vehicle fire investigation experience/ qualification is ideal.
However, some training is available so candidates who can demonstrate a high level of experience in motor mechanical investigations are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge and Abilities: Principally, you must be well-organised, motivated, capable of working autonomously, possess an aptitude for problem solving, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
A driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential.

Interpret regulatory legislation as applied to chemical entities so that the company can achieve its registration requirements in full, on time and at the most efficient cost; Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes, advising the business on potential impacts
Qualifications required from Regulatory Affairs Manager :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in regulatory affairs within chemical manufacturing.
Working knowledge of international chemical regulations and compliance systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to work well with people across all levels of the organisation.
