GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator - 3rd Shift starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required.
Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift Licensecertified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

The Role of the Territory Manager
You will become an expert in all therapy areas with key focus on infusion pumps, vascular access, safety software & pain management portfolio (Bag to vein and everything in-between).
Educating customers around the different uses of their medical device and associated consumables
Selling to NHS, Procurement, Infection Control, EBME Departments, Head of Departments & Clinical Leads
Account management approach to evaluate where the business can be grown within existing accounts.
Educate customers around the product portfolio to upsell, and cross-sell to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the Internal Clinical nursing team & Technical Integration team to identify training needs to maximize customer experience and develop relationships in established accounts.
You will work with newly acquired and existing NHS Acute, Private and Alternate site accounts to maximise the revenue and profit across the infusion portfolio & vascular access
There is also a team of 8 x Clinical Nurse Trainers + 2 x Field Service Engineers that will support you
Covering the East Midlands and East Anglia region.
The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Ideally infusion pumps sales (Infusion Therapy, IV Systems, IV Consumables & IV Solutions).
A high level of knowledge in all infusion therapy areas is required to be able to educate their customers on the different uses of the devices and consumable portfolio.
Knowledge of health issues related to Infusion portfolio need and use.
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology; with some knowledge of clinical disease states.
Sales experience in delivering a systems solution incorporating hardware, dedicated, non-dedicated consumables.
Will also consider other medical capital equipment/solution led sales background but must have the understanding of the sales process of a capital product that is very much procurement led
Consistent expert knowledge of health issues related to surgery and anaesthesia.
Ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
Must have 'can do' attitude, be a team player and autonomous to hit the ground running.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, can do approach
Degree educated is preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Seeking a driven and enthusiastic entry level Field Technical Associate to become a valuable member of our dynamic Field Support team.
This role is specifically crafted for individuals with limited to no prior technical field experience but possess a strong eagerness to acquire knowledge and thrive in a technical environment.
Individuals with a hands-on approach who seek to understand why or how things work, and conversely, dissecting failures would be encouraged to engage in this opportunity.
The selected candidate will undergo a thorough and comprehensive training program, aimed at cultivating essential technical support skills (such as product applications), building profound product knowledge, and fostering expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.

3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in a structured training program to learn about our products, industry, and field support techniques. Shadow experienced Field Technical team members to observe and learn effective field support strategies in your designated territory. Assist Field Technical team by providing recommendations of products and solutions for customer base. Assist customers by providing site support. Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field. Regular communication with sales colleagues within territory to provide updates or intel gained in the field. Accompany sales colleagues, when requested, on sales calls to observe, learn and assist with subsequent technical support. Assist in collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results. Assist in coordinating 3rd party testing certification/ approvals. Participate and provide assistance to Field Technical team for live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Assist in creating instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations. Attend technical meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor's Degree (BS) in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' Field Technical Support experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered. Possess a general understanding of field-testing methods and techniques.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver's license. Active listening and attention to detail. Building and construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or restoration of buildings or other structures. Knowledge of product application. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo.
This includes chemistry of current and future products and systems. Customer Service skills, including needs assessments and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Mechanical Aptitude. Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region.
Travel may be on short notice with overnight stays. Desire to progress in a full-time Field Technical Representative role in our organization.

This is a remote position. This role is primarily responsible for cultivating relationships and improving the revenue and profitability of existing and new National Accounts in the Healthcare Market, along with developing customer strategies within the National Accounts Program required to achieve, in part, the annual Tremco sales and profit plan.
Specific Responsibilities:
Target new and develop existing National Account opportunities, specifically in the Healthcare Market.
Establish senior level relationships within targeted Healthcare National Accounts. Establish agreements, contracts, LOC's, MSA's for long-term business with National Account Healthcare customers. Identify perceived gaps in our value offerings that present opportunities for Healthcare growth. Manage a revenue forecast process for each Healthcare National Account. Communicate closely with National Accounts Director, Business Development team within Tremco regarding National Account activity tied to product/service recommendations, bidding, estimating, quoting, project pipeline, forecast, etc. Identify and execute all required sales tools and resources required to positively impact Healthcare National Account customer satisfaction.
Manage margin, revenue growth and account targeting in alignment with Tremco and National Accounts program goals.
Manage, mentor, lead team members aligned to the National Accounts program to ensure program goals are obtained.
Key Activities:
Customer meetings, presentations, and Healthcare events with Tremco / WTI / Grainger National Account team members. Develop programs, scopes-of-work, pricing, and contract negotiation for national projects within the Healthcare systems.
Lead weekly / bi-weekly cadence calls with National Account customers and aligned National Account support teams to ensure all internal/external stakeholders are up to date on the status of the program. Account conflict resolution with corporate contacts and field sales as needed.
Presentations to corporate and sales management on account development progress and success.
Provide coaching to Tremco reps and Tremco corporate account representatives assigned to manage / develop National Account opportunities (communication, messaging, presentation preparation, pricing, best Healthcare practices, contract negotiations, proposal submission, etc.). Actively communicate with Tremco representatives to ensure they are aware of all National Account responsibilities within their territory (goals and parameters of specific National Account programs; key contract elements; messaging to local site level contacts; expectations, deliverables, and timelines etc.). Participate in monthly meetings with Tremco/Grainger teams to update on past 30 day / next 30-day activities tied to Healthcare National Account programs. Lead discussions with current and future National Account clients regarding OneTremco / WTI's capabilities in the area of new construction and existing infrastructure. Identify and target Healthcare clients' biggest pain point, and drive education centered around building envelope solutions specific to Healthcare (roofing, rooftop safety, HVAC, façade, flooring, air barrier, below-grade waterproofing, parking structures etc.). Collaborate with WTI's Accounts team and aligned Tremco Corporate representatives to build complex, comprehensive long-term asset management plans (i.e.
5 to 10-year capital plans) that leverage cost avoidance opportunities by prioritizing proactive maintenance, repair, and restoration over replacement.
Accountability:
Meet and exceed annual sales targets / plans based on Healthcare program goals. Add and develop new accounts within the Healthcare National Accounts portfolio. Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth. Ability to support international team and coordinate projects remotely (U.S., Canada, International). Provide monthly / quarterly reports on Healthcare National Account activity.
Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within Tremco's CRM systems. Provide monthly status updates regarding Healthcare National Account activities, as part of the National Accounts intake process. Provide monthly updates as part of the National Accounts MPGT communication.
Other Requirements:
Travel to National Account locations as needed based on priority business development. Actively participate in various tradeshows and Healthcare industry networking events, GPO, Grainger, AHSE.
