What theyre looking for:
- Previous experience in private client work, ideally with a focus on trusts and estate administration.
- Someone confident in managing client relationships and working collaboratively with others.
- Excellent attention to detail, good judgement, and a calm, methodical approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with CCH or similar tax software would be helpful (but not essential).
- STEP or equivalent professional tax qualification preferred, but practical experience is equally valued.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.

Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies. Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents Travels to project sites to review for proposal development. Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager. Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings. Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams. Familiarity with Project Management Software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities, and perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions. 1-3 years of construction estimation experience. Personal commitment to safety, integrity, and continual professional development.
Ability to use estimating software, advanced take-off tools, and other computer programs. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).

Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry. - Oversee preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, particularly for tax-related accounts.- Support tax filings and audits in collaboration with third-party consultants.- Maintain and analyze tax-related accounts and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.- Execute internal controls and support internal/external audit deliverables.
Revenue Recognition
- Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606).- Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to review contracts and determine appropriate revenue treatment.- Monitor and analyze deferred revenue balances and ensure accurate reporting.- Support audit and compliance reviews related to revenue recognition policies and procedures.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely issuance of financial statements.- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.- Conduct margin analysis, customer profitability studies, and cost-saving initiative evaluations.- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes in line with corporate guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business group leaders, sales teams, and other departments to provide financial insights and support.- Lead or contribute to special projects involving new product launches, licensing agreements, and business planning.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.- Prepare and communicate ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and financial graphics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA, MBA, or CPA candidate preferred.- 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Vertex, BW, and HFM preferred.- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000, bonus eligible
