ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.

The primary result expected from the Utility Operator is to support the manufacturing operations by carrying out shift activities related to tank farm management, including bulk tank unloading/cleaning, still operation, waste treatment, let-down tank cleaning, and aerosol can crushing, in accordance with all policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized working environment.
Tasks Profile:
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Unloading bulk resin, solvent, and propane tankers Managing proper levels in the bulk tanks through communication with production and scheduling Entering data for all materials received into the SAP program Operating and managing both the distillery unit for the production of the company's solvent recovery system, and the can crusher for the production of the company's aerosol raw material recovery Operating and managing both the caustic cleaning system to assure let down tanks are clean for production, and the waste water treatment system for proper disposal of the materials generated in the company's water base cleaning cycle Operating a forklift safely and efficiently Properly identifying all the different waste streams and disposing of them in accordance with both our company's policies and EPA regulations
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Treat people with dignity and respect. Conduct all business with integrity. Adhere to Rust-Oleum Corporation Quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide Quality activities. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Handling and Moving Objects - Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things. Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment - Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles. Requirements

2+ years' experience in Microsoft 365 with Power Platform and SharePoint Online development. Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration. Experience with SharePoint Lists, SQL Server, and other M365 data sources to support Power Platform development. Experience implementing secure solutions that follow compliance and governance best practices. Strong UI design skills, including responsive design. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Skills Preferred:
Experience using the M365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive). Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics, and application integration. Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID. Experience with web services including REST, SOAP and/or WebAPI.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new accounts. Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users. Provide a demonstration of our products. Offer basic technical support of named product sets. Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge. Manage select dealer and end user relationships. EDUCATION:
