GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position has responsibility of assisting members of the product and technical groups in executing their respective missions.
The candidate must be a team player and interface / coordinate with several other departments within Tremco.
Expectations are to participate in critical activities aimed at improving existing technical documentation, creating new technical documentation, solving application challenges in the field and assisting with providing technical training to the sales force.
Taking initiative, demonstrating enthusiasm, learning new skills and working towards greater autonomy are also expected.
The position reports to the Technical Resource Manager and will work closely with the Director, Technical Solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and the sales force. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide technical support responsive to customer and sales force needs.
Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of related experience required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software program. Willing and able to access commercial building roofs using a ladder.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, sales and marketing staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Willingness to actively participate in a continuing education program.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $48,426 and $60,532 .

Job Purpose
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for administering and coordinating the administrative requirements related to sales processes, including but not limited to managing customer data and records, coordinating with multiple departments, material and shipment management, analyzing sales reports, and providing proactive administrative support to sales teams.
Principal Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
The actual duties required of this position may vary. Provides customer service and troubleshooting assistance to the sales team and customers. Reviews and validates proper quote approvals are in place before processing quotes in CRM. Maintains digital project files and other records. Completes quote and bid requests with input from sales and other departments, ensuring proper review, approval, and deadlines are met. Receives new orders and validates Purchase Order details against submitted order details, ensuring information is correct prior to order conversion. Processes order according to the agreed terms and requirements; ensure order delivery timelines and documentation requirements are met. Assess and updates shipment forecasting reports for accuracy and needs; requests for material needs from purchasing and manufacturing as needed; proactively confirm needs with the sales team to ensure project requirements are met. Coordinates, expedites and traces the shipping of orders and leftovers; chooses the appropriate carrier based on project requirements and coordinates details with logistics and carriers; point of contact for shipment issues and is responsible for resolving ensuring delivery to required destination. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Technical Communications Specialist provides technical support for assistance to distributors, applicators, contractors, chemists, engineers, sales, technical service department subordinates, and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide front line phone coverage for Technical Services.
Leverage SAP systems to complete notifications as product specialist.
Take turns with the general department mailbox and answer e-mails received and respond or forward to appropriate product specialist.
Work cooperatively with peers to ensure adequate, consistent phone coverage throughout the day with increased sensitivity for needs from 8:00-8:30, 5:00-5:30 and during staggered lunch hours.
Occasional flexibility required to accommodate vacations and excused absences.
Handle application questions from the sales force where appropriate.
Support the proper application of Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing products, meeting company and industry guidelines, utilizing written and verbal communications.
Write Technical Bulletins as needed.
Assist in preparing adhesion/compatibility test reports drawn from data prepared by the application lab tech.
Target is 24-hour turn- around time, not to exceed 48 hours.
Attend regular meetings, represent the technical services department, communicate actions, results and other information as required. Assist in the product complaint process. Participate in Teams or Projects as requested that takes advantage of your knowledge and experience. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested/required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Science, or similar field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: One to two years experience in technical service or customer service in a similar or related field or industry.
