MAIN DUTIES:
Performing general PA tasks for the Managing Director
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Managing databases and filing systems

Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
Performing bookkeeping duties, such as invoice processing

THE PERSON:
