I'm working with a great firm who are looking for an experienced 3 to 5 PQE Residential Conveyancer to join their brilliant team in Leicester.
The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer, though will consider those without qualifications, who have hands on residential conveyancing fee earning experience to join their successful team.
This role allows hybrid working. Joining this growing firm in their open plan Leicester office, you will be sat alongside a small team of Conveyancers of varying experience and have support from a bank of Paralegals.
The firm are focused on serving local people, not panel work, as they have an existing client base through word-of-mouth and direct enquiries.
You will be working on a busy caseload covering all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing.
For this role, it is essential that you are confident in running your own caseload of sales and purchases across both leasehold and freehold transactions.
The firm are very supportive and your targets will be achievable.
There is also a dedicated new business team who deal with onboarding, and a helpful IT trainer to get you up to speed.

- Strong understanding of IT security (anti-virus, hard drive encryption, client hardening, authentication).
- Experience in High Availability environments, including clustering and disaster recovery.
- Solid technical knowledge of IP network fundamentals.
- Ability to achieve Direct Vetted Status (DV).
