JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Marketing Team and help grow the DAP brand! In this integral and visible role, you will connect cross-functional teams to deliver product innovation to the construction market consistently on time, on specification, and on budget.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Research & Development key stakeholders. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner with regular report outs and KPI tracking. Prepare capital, expense, and incremental SG&A budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs to meet budget and target profitability. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and coordinate communications between cross-functional team members. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to executive leadership teams and critical stakeholders covering strategy, adjustments, risks, and progress. Support sourcing and operations teams on licensing and contract development and execution with suppliers along with assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Take a leadership position on developing DAP Project Management processes and tools. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage DAP's innovation software system including license assignments, continuous improvement projects, user training support, and more.
Present short- and long-term Project Management plan to executive leadership during DAP's Strategic Planning Week.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, computer science, business, marketing, or a related field. 5-8 years of project management and related experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, preferred. Creative problem solving. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Excellent analytical skills. Strong people skills, communication, and extremely resourceful. Completes projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Experience with Sopheon Accolade software a plus.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be joining an already established engineering department, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
The purpose of this role is to ensure all maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and in line with Safety and Compliance of the site.
Key Responsibilities
Be a key user of the (CMMS) and be accountable for completing high quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to schedule and delivering reactive maintenance across the site.
Delivering maintenance on site facilities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly to minimize production downtime followed by Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to site statutory safety requirements and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Be a key contact on site when liaising with contractors during breakdown/repair work or planned maintenance following the company's permit to work standards at all times.
Essential Criteria for the Maintenance Engineer
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Or related / equivalent field)
Experience of working within Process Manufacturing fields - Ideally within Chemical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing.
A minimum of five years hand-on, industry-based experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
Mechanical Bias with knowledge of Electrical Systems.
Experience of working with screw feed systems, pneumatics, vacuum pumps and motor/gearbox assemblies.
Vast experience of using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Software).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for:
Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system.
As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our team.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.
This role will involve working closely with product, production, and sales teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that support manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of designs into the production floor.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit including advanced Family creation.
A strong understanding of factory built panelized systems, general commercial and residential building design along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit models, ensuring accurate representation of designs for production and installation.
Develop Revit families and work to integrate add-in software to improve BIM efficiencies and specialized outputs.
Maintain and enhance the configuration of Be.Smart Metal Framing (formerly AGACAD).
Maintain and enhance the Be.Smart tools to automated repetitive tasks in Revit and manipulate and export data to Excel.
Develop and maintain Revit Shared Parameters file, understanding the role of Shared Parameters in Revit Families and subsequent integration into ERP Systems
Work closely with preconstruction to understand project specifications and translate them into Revit models that align with production requirements.
Collaborate with production and product teams to identify and resolve potential design or fabrication issues early in the process.
Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase.
Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation.
Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation.
Maintain Revit/BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements.
Participate in the development of customized Revit/BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending new tools and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BIM process.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
10+ years of use and implementation of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Expert level knowledge along with Revit Certification highly desired.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.
General knowledge of other BIM related software and 3rd party Revit tools used for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks such as Be.Smart, CTC Tools, IMAGINiT for Revit, DI Roots.
Knowledge or interest in CNC fabrication
Experience with 3D modeling, detailing, and visualization of building components, specifically in modular or factory panelized systems.
Strong understanding of the construction industry, building materials, and fabrication processes, with the ability to apply Revit/BIM technology to support manufacturing and installation.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Revit/BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early in the design process and propose solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, designers, and other team members.
Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and protocols related to BIM, as well as basic understanding of Building Codes IBC and IRC.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and foster collaboration across different departments.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and lift up to 25 lbs.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100K to $110K negotiable plus a 15% bonus opportunity.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
