JOB DESCRIPTION
Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.
Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.
Essential Functions
Conducts on-going market research for Product Managers and marketing services. Performs laboratory, forensic analysis for field failures and for the purpose of making product recommendations. Provides product and application training for sales engineers and field sales managers as required. Provides field training and project management for foreign affiliates and for large or complex projects. Assists in new product development including lab work, field trials, commercial scale-up and field follow-up. Special order custom product needs and provides approval for both experimental and discontinued products. Enters new product information (formula, in-process, updates, price and cost) into system. Maintains technical literature and creates and edits various technical and promotional publications (i.e., Tech Lines, product Corners, Product Information Guide, Engineering Details). Provides outside sales support as well as handles incoming calls and lead qualification
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. Requires travel within company plants, distribution facilities and other North American locations. Must possess reliable transportation.
Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.

Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required.
Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period.
Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required.
Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors.
Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start.
Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensures invoices are allocated to correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget.
Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
High sense of urgency and the ability to independently problem solve, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field
Prior experience working in CRM and ERP systems, and MS Office

Position Summary:
Direct Labor responsibility for mixing and packaging in-process and finished good inventory.
Essential Functions:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Associate Product Manager plays an active role in the planning, organization, and management of an assigned product or product line(s) from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Director of Product Management or Sr.
Product Manager.
This critical, hands-on position is integral to the day-to-day tactical operations and strategic growth of the product line and collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related field plus three to six months of related experience and/or training such as internships.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' related experience and/or training preferred; Product Management intern experience may be a substitute
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to grasp technical details Strong organizational skills Ability to understand relationships and connections and generate charts, graphs, spreadsheets and written summaries. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to take direction well Able to travel Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
CAD and/or SAP experience is a plus.

A well-established and reputable firm in St Helens is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Fee Earner or STEP-qualified practitioner (or someone working towards STEP).

Youll manage a varied caseload across probate, estate administration, wills, trusts and wider lifetime planning.

Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitivity is an important part of the role.

- Managing your own caseload of probate and estate administration matters
- Preparing Probate and Letters of Administration applications
