Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in a scaling environment
Strong systems mindset, experience leading or supporting ERP improvements is highly advantageous

Our client is a leading FMCG / Manufacturing business and they are looking for an electrically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support production performance and keep machinery running reliably across the site.
What you'll be doing:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
Electrical fault finding on motors, sensors, control panels and automation equipment
Supporting mechanical repairs when needed
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
Completing inspections, maintenance logs and all relevant documentation
Assisting with installation and commissioning of new machinery
Identifying improvements to boost reliability and efficiency
What you'll need:
Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer background
Experience within manufacturing (FMCG preferred but not essential)
Strong electrical fault-finding skills and safe working practices
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
Mechanical ability to support wider engineering tasks
Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds / HNC/HND in Engineering (or equivalent)
Apprenticeship-trained (desirable)
Nice to have:
PLC fault-finding experience
Industry certifications
Forklift licence
