JOB DESCRIPTION
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to members of the executive leadership team.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing communications, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Principal Accountabilities

Prepare executive expense reports.
Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents.
Support annual budget (GTO) process by coordinating deadlines and assisting in the preparation of key deliverables.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely access to critical documents and records.
Assist with the upkeep of HR databases and personnel records, ensuring data is accurate, confidential and compliant with company protocol.
Assist with tracking, processing, and organizing legal invoices, including coordination with internal legal team and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Performs other activities assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience in calendar management and expense reporting.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Design and implementation of control environment to achieve a single accounting location designation from an audit perspective.
Partner with business process owners to align regional practices with global standards and best practices.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Leverage the maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the Global Service Centers (GSC) when appropriate.
Financial Close & Reporting
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process (R2R), ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP, and local requirements as applicable.
Manage balance sheet integrity and provide analytical insight into variances and trends.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful audit outcomes.
Oversee, navigate, and communicate complex accounting policies and procedures to the accounting and finance department as well as other business stakeholders.
Transaction Cycle Oversight
Drive accountability and control across the Procure-to-Pay process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments.
Oversee Order-to-Cash activities, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition in coordination with commercial teams.
Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure finance processes support and enable business performance.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks (SOX), identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Document and continuously improve finance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with the industry's best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Promote cross-functional alignment between finance, manufacturing operations, and shared service centers to ensure seamless financial process execution.
Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge of financial transaction cycles (P2P, O2C, R2R) and experience leading process standardization and transformation efforts.
Experience developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor the health of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and drive continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory valuation in a manufacturing context.
Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting.
Deep knowledge and experience with accounting processes and controls.
Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines.
ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains.
Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.

Position Summary:
Responsible for blending and mixing of various pigments, resins, hardeners, and other raw material additives to produce acceptable in-process batches per approved batch instruction sheets with a minimal number of corrections.
Essential Functions:
Stages and prepares all raw materials associated with production batches
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making area and proper storage of batch area inventories
Communicates low levels of raw materials to the Plant Supervisor
Develops a thorough knowledge of raw material storage tanks, valving and piping, their contents, actuation, and directions of flow
Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control
Must be capable of logical structuring of the batch making process, particularly optimization of mixer usage and efficiency
Reports on all spills and leaks, equipment malfunction, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents, and material shortages immediately to the production supervisor
Acknowledges and understands the hazards and safety precautions required for working with inorganic metal-based powdered pigments and modifies work and hygiene practices accordingly.

Minimum 2 years prior related experience or 1 years' experience as a production batchmaker.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.
Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region, also responsible for Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
With the RBM, the GC Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).
Abide by all Company policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol.
Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc.
Travel to job sites as needed to support account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting.
Accountable for regional Quality Assurance.
Understanding of the subcontractor agreement and corrective notification measures to the subcontractor according to the executed agreement.
Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals.
Identify resource or employee concerns and promptly resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required.
Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management.
Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality.
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects whose Gross Margin for Service exceeds the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes with the available tools.
Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope).
Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents.
Assist when needed with change order negotiation and approval.
Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding:
Safety compliance
Project approvals, planning, and results.
Personnel and process management
Any issues related to the above that will require collaboration or elevation of authority.

We are seeking a motivated Marine Assurance Officer to join our Fleet Service team at Fugro.

As a Marine Assurance Officer at Fugro, you will serve as an independent advisor and coach to both the Company and its vessels on matters related to QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and marine operations.
You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's internal standards, as well as verifying that all vessels adhere to applicable international regulations and industry best practices.
Within Fugro the Marine Assurance Officer is reporting both to the Regional Fleet Manager (Functional) and the Global QHSSE Manager (Hierarchical).
You will closely collaborate with the vessels assigned and the relevant departments in the organization, e.g.
Crewing, management, fleet development etc.
You will support the teams and ensure full compliance with Class-, Flag and QHSSE standards and requirements.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
The role follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Your role and responsibilities:
Oversees document control, KPI compliance, audit close-outs, and procedure updates.
Delivers IMS training and ensures quality of reports and observations.
Coaches staff on safety systems, conducts audits and inspections, investigates incidents, and ensures compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards.
Maintains ship security plans, develops annual QHSSE plans, and reviews project execution plans for compliance.
Leads safety and quality improvement initiatives and campaigns.
Follows IMS procedures, reports incidents, and actively engages in safety programs.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
Bachelor's degree in a higher technical education or Maritime Education and experience as a certified Ship's Officer.
Previous sailing experience on vessels as a navigational officer and previous shore-basedexperience overseeing the QHSSE and/or operations of offshore and/or subsea vessels.
Must hold a Nebosh General Certificate and have completed the ISO14001:2015 Auditor course
Sound knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards and QHSSEpractices.
An excellent communicator (verbally and written) with a positive attitude, growth mindset and people skills.
