The RoleWe're on the hunt for an EL/HR Administrator to join our dedicated Employment Law team and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients! If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and love working in a collaborative environment, this role is the perfect fit.
As an EL/HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our Employment Law team running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:, Allocating Advice Requests: Manage advice emails and callbacks within Salesforce and Outlook, ensuring they're assigned to the right consultant., Case Management: Merge ongoing case work with new inquiries and keep all case statuses up to date., Quality Control: Identify and manage spam, create callback tasks for consultants, and log emails into Salesforce to maintain case integrity., Reporting: Generate reports to assist management and reallocate workloads for absent consultants., Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundant tasks., Process Improvement: Follow established processes and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For:We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual who can multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Ideal qualifications include:
, Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills., Excellent communication and customer service skills., Experience with Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)., A positive, proactive attitude and a “can-do” approach., Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well in a team., Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment., A background in HR or familiarity with Employment Law is a bonus.
