About the role
Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will work on a diverse range of cases from day-to-day HR advice to complex business reorganisations and tribunal matters.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Advising clients on employment law issues such as contracts, redundancies, TUPE or collective consultations
Managing tribunal claims
Providing corporate support on transactions and restructures
Advising on status, IR35, gig economy and CIS issues
Advising on and managing sector regulatory investigations
Building strong client relationships
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
About You
The successful candidate for the Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE, has fantastic client care and communication skills and is able to work well as part of a specialist team.
Experience advising on Employment matters within the recruitment sector would be beneficial, but is not essential as upskilling can be provided within the team.

THE ROLE OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FITTER
- Installing equipment on industrial manufacturing sites (outdoors)
- On-site mechanical installation and servicing at customers sites

- Working at heights and confined spaces
- Commissioning and testing equipment once installed

THE RIGHT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FITTER
- It is likely that the right person will have qualifications to C&G/NVQ level 3

Your role and responsibilities:
Expectations & Deliverables:
Ensure field operations comply with Fugro GB BMS and policies, focusing on Life Saving Rules and Management of Change.
Run logging systems and tools independently, adhering to project protocols.
Process and interpret various wireline logging data (NMR, televiewer image logs, flow, sonic, micro-seismic, borehole deviation, etc) with minimal supervision.
Maintain, calibrate, and test geophysical logging equipment.
Perform wireline geophysical logging operations on land or water in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Fugro Project Representatives and Client representatives on site.
Complete and submit necessary project documentation related to field activities.
Ensure safe and efficient execution of mobilisations and field operations.
Assist with wireline equipment logistics during project mobilisations/demobilisations.
Inspect and rebuild wireline cable heads on logging winches.
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of wireline logging equipment pre- and post-mobilisation.
Follow radiation protection procedures on projects requiring gamma-gamma density and neutron porosity logging methods.
QC field data during acquisition and post-processing/reporting phases.
Assist with deployment and operation of sampling/testing equipment.
Participate in required role and site-specific training courses.
Support training Junior Wireline Engineers on geophysical logging equipment.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
Essential: Degree in Geophysics or related field, experience in wireline geophysical logging, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
A Full UK Manual driving license is required.
Preferred: Knowledge of NMR, televiewer image logs, and other wireline logging data systems, , etc.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
To work with adults, using a strength based approach, who have complex or fluctuating needs and require intensive support to reduce and manage those risks.
To work in partnership and engage other professionals to ensure there is a multi-agency approach which enables the adult and/or their carer to live as independently as possible.
To meet statutory requirements including best practice in relation to the principles of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Mental Health Act 1983.
As an experienced social worker, it is a requirement to be autonomous in the application of relevant legislation, policy, procedures and social work theory.
To support the professional and practice development of social care workers, newly qualified social workers and level 2 social workers within teams through reflective practice, peer support, mentoring and ‘buddy' system.
To support and promote opportunities for students within the team, including
To identify and support adults and carers who may be at risk of abuse or neglect using Making Safeguarding Personal and complete section 42 enquiries as directed.
The Social Worker may be expected, on occasions, to represent the Authority in court and also may be required to attend as a witness or give evidence.
To represent the service, adults and carers' views at a range of meetings and exchange information, make decisions and review progress.
To carry out meaningful conversations which determine eligibility under the Care Act (2014).
To engage with adults and their carers using a strengths-based approach to identify available resources to meet their needs (wherever possible).
EXPERIENCE:
It is essential that the post holder has:
Significant experience in social work, including assessment and support planning with both individuals and carers to improve their well-being.
Significant experience of working in social care with adults, especially older adults and adults with physical disabilities.
Significant experience of ensuring the full and active participation of users and carers in their own care arrangements.
Significant experience of working in conjunction with other health and social care agencies and
Significant experience of using community resources, family and natural networks of support to create sustainable packages of care for individuals and help prevent, reduce or delay the need for statutory services.
Demonstrable experience of supporting and mentoring
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support on the operation, maintenance, and development of mechanical handling systems
