Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

EDUCATION

Four to ten years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Assembly line related product segments Basic knowledge of product chemistries Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience a plus

Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
You will also be responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operations to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Principal Accountabilities
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents. Loads and unloads trucks. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently. Process returns from sales field installations. Cut back materials for re-work or waste stream. Move materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas. Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after the receiving process is complete. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.

Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with construction managers and GC superintendents on GC-related work.

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).

Finance Consultant - Education Sector
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Mileage + Benefits
Location: Field-based across Croydon, home-based working
Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge that offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the education sector?
A specialist consultancy working with schools and academies is looking for a Finance Consultant to join their friendly and supportive team.
This field-based role, covers the Croydon and Sutton area, with your home as your base.
Regular travel to client sites is required, and mileage is reimbursed at HMRC rates.
What you'll be doing:
As a Finance Consultant, you'll support schools and multi-academy trusts with various finance-related services.
This includes:
- Delivering training to school finance staff
- Providing interim cover for senior finance roles (Finance Controller / CFO level)
- Producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Supporting clients through year-end processes and audits
- Advising on best practices in line with the Academies Financial Handbook
- Leading on client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development
- You'll also be involved in internal projects, client scheduling, CPD, sector engagement, and promoting the business through networking and social platforms.
What we're looking for:
- Accountancy qualification - ACA or ACCA Qualified preferred
- Strong background in finance, ideally within the education or public sector
- Comfortable working independently and managing your diary
- A confident communicator who can build relationships and deliver training
- Passionate about providing high-quality support and helping clients improve
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your vehicle
