This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.
About the team
This team works with vulnerable and emotionally reactive teenagers which have been subject to trauma and distressing life events and are seeking asylum.
Completing return home interviews, completing relevant assessments involving CSE and trauma informed work are key in the day-to-day responsibilities of this role.
Working with each individual, building trusting and positive relationships throughout each case is essential to ensure positive outcomes.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience within Children's Social Work in permanent contract/s.
Experience in children in care, UASC, CSE and adolescents work is key to be successful in this position.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.

As the Operations Director your key responsibilities include:
