The Role of the Hospital Business Manager
Selling a range of ophthalmic surgical products/devices including IOL's (monovision and also premium), procedure packs, single use surgical instruments & clean air solutions.
Selling to ophthalmic surgeons, consultants, nurses and procurement.
At the moment its 60% into the NHS + 40% into private clinics.
The private sector is growing a lot faster so a real focus on that.
Lots of potential on the area.
Someone can make a big and positive impact on the area if worked properly.
For now, more geared towards growth/new business opportunities but full support will be provided by the business in a very focused and strategic way.
Covering a North West territory - ideally based on the M62 Corridor

As a Tactical Retail Merchandiser you will ensure the departments are merchandised to ensure the product range is visually attractive and easy to shop by customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent merchandising standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Ensuring stock database accuracy and carry out price changes.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Submit a completion report for each visit showing before and after visuals of completed areas.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with a camera and ability to enable location services for the purposes of reporting, time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.
Visual Merchandising experience highly desirable

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage 2 exceptional services around the corner from each other based in the Wednesbury, West Midlands area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
One of the services is a purpose designed for adults who may have had hospital stays, including secure care, and who require intensive behavioural support.
Whilst the other supports adults with range of complex needs, including autism, LD & MH needs

As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:
Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives
You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Commitment to delivering high quality care
Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
Fine tuned decision making skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of £38,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week.
