Job Title: E-Commerce Digital Content Analyst
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Department: Rust-Oleum US Sales
Reports To: Director of Sales, E-Commerce
Direct Reports/Manages others: No Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.
We offer a wide range of products including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, our famous rust-fighting formula that started it all. Essential Job Functions: As part of the E-Commerce team, enter skus in multiple retailer proprietary systems: set up skus, enter and maintain sku online content including product families, marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets.
Perform routine audits of sku online content Maintain online content for retailers including sku availability, pricing & regulatory status Assist in NAE in development of a common database for content management Make recommendations to help drive revenue with enhanced product content, promotions, etc. Maintain and update product inventory file in retailer fulfillment systems Update retailer e-comm systems with order cancellations and revised back-order dates Manages Rust-Oleum's performance for on-time delivery, ASN timing, fill rates, and score carding metrics to ensure Rust-Oleum compliancy. Performs other special projects as needed Assist with sales reporting and sales trends as needed JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines Able to work in a fast paced evolving environment Strong analytical and proofing skills Extremely detail oriented Desire to work in team based environment yet can work independently if needed Advanced highly proficient Microsoft Excel User Strong Microsoft Office skills Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus 6+ years of relevant Product or Brand experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback. Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions. The Role of the Regional Sales Executive
Grow Existing Accounts (Drainage Product Range): Drive revenue growth and customer engagement by expanding business within current accounts, focusing 60% on existing clients and 40% on new business development.
Introduce Key Initiative Products: Promote and implement core and strategic products from their range to both existing and new clients, including contractors, main contractors, civil contractors, and ground workers.
Maintain and Manage Accounts: Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention across medium, large, and national accounts through consistent support and relationship management.
Open New Accounts: Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Validate Prospects: Qualify potential clients to confirm alignment with business goals and ensure sustainable, long-term partnerships.

THE ROLE
An exciting role for a CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR at Project Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor level - with some PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience to join a firm of multi disciplinary consultants working on projects mainly in central London.
My client's office is in the City of London area.
You will work closely with a variety of clients and managing agents.
Duties will be varied and will include building surveys, report writing, project management, contract administration etc.
Any experience of party wall matters would be useful but is not essential.
This role is to join a team of three people including a Director, an Associate and an Assistant Surveyor.
The building surveying department is inundated with enquiries and will be growing so will offer good prospects for promotion for an ambitious chartered building surveyor.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants providing a range of services including Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management etc.
They have a good variety of clients in the private and public sectors for projects including residential, commercial, infrastructure and more.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Building Surveyor at either Project Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor level.
You should be chartered with the RICS and have experience gained with a firm of chartered building surveyors or other multi discipline consultants.
You also need to have some experience of Project Management.
You must have a good understanding of the building process to be able to meet with clients and deal with their required project at all stages.
You should have a stable work record and have around two years or more PQE.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
Salary will be a basic of £55000 to £80000 per annum depending on your level plus pension, discretionary bonus and other benefits.
