An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a well-established property group offering residential sales, lettings, and property management services.
As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you will be providing day-to-day support to the Lettings Manager whilst driving lettings activity and helping to lead a high-performing team.
This full-time role offers benefits and a salary range of £21,000 - £24,000 plus commission bonuses and profit share (Realistic OTE £40,000 - £42,000).
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting with the smooth daily running of the lettings function
* Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships
* Deputising for the Lettings Manager in their absence
* Supporting, guiding, and motivating the wider lettings team
* Overseeing tenancy progression and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Contributing towards office performance targets
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Assistant Lettings Manager, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Assistant Manager, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Agent, Property Manager or in a similar role.
* Have at least 3 years of current experience in residential lettings.
* IT proficient and familiar with MS Office packages.
* High level of accuracy and a diligent, organised working style
* A full UK driving licence
Shift:
* Mondays-Thursdays: 8:30am-6:00pm
* Fridays: 8:30am-5:30pm
* Saturdays: 9:00am-4:00pm
* Works 5 days per week with an allocated day off
* No Sunday work

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Minimum Requirements

Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding. Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization.
This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand. Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed. Adjudication/mediation for installer issues. Conducts weekly regional operations team calls. Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings. Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed. Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region. Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs. Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners. Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.
Minimum Requirements
B.S.
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Spend at least three days per week in the field Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:

Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.

Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
