Essential Functions:
Develops and implements Stonhard's Four Phase Sales Training Program for all new Territory Managers in their first two years with the organization.
The Training & Development Manager will identify, implement, benchmark and improve sales training and performance solutions for all TMs with a value based sales approach Required to work closely with the Director of Sales Training and VP Sales to develop, launch and manage the appropriate sales training strategies to meet area/regional and corporate goals and objectives.
Monitors all TM performance and communicates with Sales managers to determine the best possible methods of assistance in problem areas.
Assist in the design and development of training programs for the Area Sales Managers to assist in the continued education of all field personnel.
Ensure quality of sales training programs through continuous monitoring and evaluation Initiates follow-up field rides with new TM's providing direct on-the-job training and coaching.
Assists in sales hiring as necessary
Minimum Requirements
5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous sales training experience in a complex business environment.
Ability to work with cross functional groups for whom the trainer will have no reporting relationship.
Knowledge of multimedia and audio-visual equipment required.
Extensive experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong instructional design skills.
Excellent stand-up training platform delivery skills.
Experience with development of sales orientated web-based training programs.
Superb listening, writing, and coaching skills.
Ability to work independently with teams.
Strong project management skills.
25% travel.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.

Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.

The Role of the Commercial Bid Writer?
This is a hybrid working, critical and busy role within the team, often with tight deadlines.??
So, a combination of organisational skills, assertiveness and attention to detail is essential to meet/exceed targets.??

To work closely with the Commercial Team and Bid Writing Team ensuring that timely and high-quality written tender responses are submitted in line with selected opportunities??
Develop persuasive, client-focused content for complex bids and proposals.??
Identify a wide range of tender opportunities for the various products and services offered and summarise the requirements to expedite a bid/no bid decision.??
Maintaining excellent relationships with all departments to ensure they understand the requirements of the bid and ensure the relevant submission material is prepared promptly.??
Supporting the sales requirements of tender evaluation days, where required.??

The Ideal Person for the Commercial Bid Writer??
Minimum two years of bid writing experience?
GCSE/O level standard or NVQ equivalent with a good standard of English language and the ability to communicate in written and verbal terms professionally.??

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial - Healthcare products or services
Experience of working in a healthcare environment.

Selling a range of incontinence and health care products
This is a predominantly new business focused role, where you will be looking at opening new distribution/wholesale channels.
