Key Responsibilities of the HSE Manager will include:
Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

A leading upper-tier COMAH chemical manufacturer is seeking an EC&I Engineer to join their Manchester site on a permanent basis.

This is a site-based role, working standard days, five days a week.As an EC&I Engineer, you will provide expert Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation engineering support across plant operations, maintenance, and projects.
You will be responsible for improving reliability, safety, and compliance of EC&I systems, delivering minor projects, troubleshooting complex systems, and supporting regulatory requirements on site.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the site's SME for EC&I matters, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of plant equipment.
Develop and maintain site standards (ATEX, DSEAR, SIL, functional safety) and technical documentation.
Lead or support projects from concept to commissioning, coordinating internal teams and contractors.
Provide guidance to maintenance teams on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
