Minimum Requirements:
Must be a junior, senior, or graduate-level student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Completion of the following coursework is required: Statics, Dynamics, Physics I & II, Chemistry I & II, C and C++ Programming, CAD, Calculus II, Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics I & II, Heat Transfer, Control Systems.
Available to work 30-40 hours per week from May through August.
Strong communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires physical activity and computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours/day.
Basic knowledge of PPE, lab settings and equipment, standing for semi-long periods of time.
Students must have housing arrangements in or near St.
Louis, MO for the summer, as housing allowance is not provided.

Job Purpose
The PCG Consolidation Manager is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analyzing the financial statements for the Performance Coatings Group segment.
This role will be the segment lead on monthly close process as well as have global ownership of mapping from the trial balance into consolidation system.

Financial Close & Reporting
Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process in Onestream, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with USGAAP. Ensures proper consolidation accounting of subsidiary statements including roll forwards, inter-company accounts, and profit in ending inventory. Ownership of global trial balance (Infor LN) account mapping into consolidation tool. Support of Corporate quarterly and annual reporting requirements (10-K, disclosure support, ad hoc filings, etc).
Leadership & Collaboration
Conducts financial departmental training programs for use of new reporting packages and concepts. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. Ability to effectively communicate with domestic and international finance team members to achieve desired results.
Other Duties
Support of the M&A group in reporting related to acquisitions, including P&L geography review during beginning phases of the acquisition process. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to the broader PCG management team on special projects and management requests. Oversight of the administrative aspects of PCG's Onestream environment, including: User access additions/removals Administration of the Account Reconciliation module of Onestream.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream. Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $80,000 and $95,000.

Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to provide summary reporting on audits, projects and staffing.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Manager of Internal Audit may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.
External Contacts:
Frequent contact and coordination with the Company's external auditors (Deloitte) who rely significantly on the work performed by Internal Audit.
Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
Strong oral and written communication skills. Positive Attitude & willingness to work and travel in small teams. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring others. Ability to communicate, learn, and be self-sufficient. Ability to understand and follow directions. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.
Hand-applies and cuts adhesive mesh and Fedderlite channels to specification; trims parts with cutting equipment.
Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.
Utilizes Monday.com to track production progress, shipments, and inventory.
Follows the production schedule set by the Production Supervisor and completes all required forms (e.g., work orders, material usage, man-hour sheets).
Leads project work, interprets complex work orders, and mentors less experienced team members.
Conducts quality control checks and identifies issues in production processes, providing data for improvement initiatives.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment; assists with shipping, receiving, and custom crate building.
Follows all safety protocols and proactively identifies and addresses safety concerns.
Cleans tools and equipment post-use and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Participates in monthly inventory counts and uses power tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement.
