One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Helper supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.

Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.

An innovative engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical & Electronics Engineer to support their product design team on a contract basis.
You'll take a technical lead role across electrical and electronic design for complex educational and industrial technology products used worldwide.
In this hands-on position, you'll guide a small electronics team while working across the full product lifecycle — from concept and schematics to PCB/PCBA work, component selection, integration of motors, pumps, heaters, and embedded systems, as well as fault-finding down to component level.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, microcontrollers, and electrical systems up to ~10kW is highly valuable.
What you'll be doing:
Leading electrical & electronic design for new and legacy products
Diagnosing and improving PCBAs at component level
Creating electrical schematics and integrating mechanical/electromechanical systems
Selecting components and suppliers, balancing cost, performance & reliability
Supporting product compliance, documentation, testing and design reviews
Collaborating closely with engineering, projects, and manufacturing teams
What you'll need:
Strong background in electrical/electronic engineering (degree-qualified)
Proficiency with ECAD tools (SolidWorks Electrical, ePlan, PCB design software)
Solid understanding of product safety directives (Machinery, LVD)
Project leadership experience and ability to manage multiple design workflows

The Role of the Brand Manager
Our client aims to be the skin protection specialist in wound care, continence care and stoma care; they focus on skin protection in the categories they operate in (they do not have catheters or stoma pouches in their portfolio).
Office based 3 days per week at a site in North London with 2 days working from home.
You will also have a dotted lined responsibility for 1x marketing exec.
Customers mainly community groups, TVNs, nursing homes, lymphedema specialists, practice nurses, pharmacists, district nurses and a range of key opinion leaders.
The role encompasses a technical product understanding, digital marketing, business acumen and strategic thinking.
You will be the voice of the customer within the organisation and understand and research customer needs, behaviour and experiences.
Develop & launch brand campaigns, in-line with strategy & drive the brand vision.
Liaise with media partners, ad agency, printers and other suppliers for marketing collateral.
Create content like videos, copy for website, blogs, socials, clinical case studies, product and clinical articles, to drive corporate branding.
Enhance brand awareness on digital, social and events platforms.
