As our Production Supervisor you will be there to supervise the shift to manufacture paint and related products. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts. Accomplish related results as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Onsite Applicator Training, Distributor location wet wall training, pre-construction jobsite meetings when required, Contractor and applicator support, Job complaint-warranty claim, job site observation, trade should participation as needed.
Architectural Support.
Trouble Shooting (Actual problem or job site condition)
Assist application specialist and technical communication specialist as needed.
Testing/R&D support as needed.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party certification / approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Exercise clear and confident communication of product lines and construction practices during presentation delivery.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.
and 2-4 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant construction or industry experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of EIFS / Plastering.
Proficient in using a hawk and trowel and plaster skills.
Experience in the field application of EIFS, preferably Dryvit.
Ability to articulate a message in letter format.
Detailed in jobsite observations.
General Awareness of building code and requirements.

Redline have been retained by a globally recognised manufacturer of switching devices for power generation.
Based in West Sussex, and as part of a larger international group, they are driving development and continuous improvement for solutions across power electronics, industrial electronics, automotive and telecommunications applications.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Field Applications Engineer - Relays / Connectors to join their technical sales and solutions team.
The Field Applications Engineer - Relays / Connectors will use own extensive technical knowledge to identify, develop and implement technical solutions for customers across the full product range.
You will be customer facing and support other customer-facing colleagues to deliver enhanced levels of sales growth whilst helping to define and extend the product range.
Key skills and experience required for Field Applications Engineer - Relays / Connectors, based in West Sussex:
Significant experience in the technical field of relays, connectors and contactors
Previous experience of delivering solutions to customer within a technical capacity
Ability to talk and communicate effectively at a technical level across both internal and external stakeholders
Qualified to a degree level in a related discipline, or equivalent
Must be able to travel extensively internationally, including the US
Must be able to obtain baseline security clearance
This role requires flexibility to be on site 3x days per week, with international travel a few times per month.

The Role of Area Sales Manager
Drive Sales of Ventilation Systems – Promote and sell the company’s range of natural ventilation products, including Hybrid NV solutions, dampers, window and roof systems, and ancillaries.
Generate Specifications & Build Relationships – Work closely with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to specify products on key projects, particularly within the education sector.
Secure & Manage Orders – Engage with M&E contractors and main contractors to convert specifications into orders, manage the process, and ensure successful delivery.
