JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities included (but not limited to) Material Management Schedule adherence Quality Control Installer Management Safety Forecasting/Invoice (PMF) Change Orders Post Job Reports Customer Management Daily Reports/Site Visits (with photos) Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and Sales/Construction Division team regarding project specific events, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs and product consumption. Works closely with the installation crew in the training and proper application of Stonhard products in the Field (requires occasional weekend work). Monitors product performance under various conditions and communicates with Research and Development/Technical Service on product performance and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years' related experience, preferably with industrial and commercial projects Spends a minimum of 4 days per week in the field on Stonhard projects. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 20%) Regional travel in the field is >50% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager
The ideal candidate will come from a lighting background, particularly with experience in external sales.
This role is well-suited for someone who may already be working with lighting contractors, installers, lighting designers, wholesalers, Industrial or as a driven sales professional eager to transition into the specification side of the industry.
Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both consultants and end users.
Ideally has a working knowledge of the project sales process, and some exposure to sectors such as Food manufacturing, Logistic, warehouses, Industrial.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence specifications and secure project wins.
Someone with ambition and drive, on an upward trajectory in their career, and open to learning and development—both personally and in growing the potential of the sales patch.

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep timesheetsupto date and accurate.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal education requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No formal experience requirement.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid driver's licenserequired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $20 .
