Manage general administration of the office, including ordering stationary, photocopying and arranging couriers.
Organise diaries, coordinating meetings, and travel to and from Europe.
First point of contact for senior management team members, including taking messages and organising meetings/appointments.
THE PERSON:
Experiencing working within Printing, IT, Construction, and Manufacturing industries would be beneficial.
Ability to ensure a quality working environment.
Friendly, positive, and approachable nature.
At least 2/3 years' experience supporting senior leadership teams as a PA/EA

The Role
You'll plan and deliver marketing activities across digital, print, and events — taking projects from initial concept through to execution.
Content & Digital Marketing

Operates in an efficient manner.
Spot checks bag weights.
Removes broken bags. Operating bulk bag filling equipment - Scale set up, fills 2,000-3,300 lb bulk bags, and overweight/underweight corrections prior to shipping. Small packaging assembly - labels pails, fills pails, hammers lids onto pails, and stacks pails up to 65 lbs. Operates walk behind pallet truck. Performs other duties as necessary.
Education and/or Experience
Forklift Certified or ability to obtain. Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs repetitively.
Physical Requirements
Department functions vary.
Depending on the function the requirement may require 90% standing, 80% sitting, or 25% bending.
Language Skills
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

NADCA certification required.
Must obtain certification within 90-120 days of employment.
Additional Certifications will be required during on-going employment with PACS, such as IICRC, ACAC - CMRS, CMR or CRMR and State Mold Remediator/Assessor
Capable of troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
Manages Inventory Control and usage
Understands blueprints and HVAC symbols
This position will also have interaction with client contacts (i.e.: facilities personnel, tenants).

Position works in BRS Department where contaminants exist.
