Education: & Experience:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse groups.
Solve Practical problems where only limited standardization exists.
Interprets instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Sacco Mann are working with a forward-thinking firm who are recruiting for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join them in their Newark office.
The firm is a Legal 200, award-winning market leader in the region, and this role is based at their Newark office.
The Role
You will be working on your own caseload family and matrimonial work including divorce, financial matters, children matter, pre/post martial agreements, cohabitation, and separation agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of family matters including divorce, financial, and children's cases
Preparing legal documents.
Building and maintaining relationships with your client base.
Providing an empathetic and compassionate service.
Preparing court bundles and represent clients at hearings.
Negotiating financial settlements and child-related matters.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who have at least 2 + PQE with experience of running your own mixed family law caseload.
Strong understanding across all family law matters.
Strong negotiating and mediation skills.
A patient and empathic approach to your clients.

We are looking for an experienced EL/PL Team Leader to manage a dedicated team of claims professionals in a well-regarded national firm based in Liverpool.
You will manage workflow, ensure delivery to high standards under client SLAs, and support team development; you will also handle a personal caseload of EL/PL litigated files.
As an EL/PL Team leader, you will:
Distribute and manage workload based on team members' capabilities.
Lead monthly team meetings and 1:1 performance check-ins.
Set clear objectives and development plans for all team members.
Monitor key financial metrics, including WIP and bill approved targets.
Support team compliance with internal best practices and client KPIs.
Deliver effective supervision and maintain a high-quality case output.
Take the lead on first-level complaint resolution.
