This role will suit Conveyancers who have handled their own caseload from start to finish, including Licensed Conveyancers.
The Role
Joining the team you will be working on your own caseload, mainly consisting of complex matters across freehold and leasehold, new builds, and shareholder agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing cases both freehold and leasehold.
Providing an excellent level of client care throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Dealing with each case from instruction through exchange to completion.
Corresponding with clients and third parties, providing regular updates.
Mentoring junior members of the team when required.
About You
Previous residential conveyancing experience including handling your own varied caseload (non-qualified fee earners with experience or Licensed Conveyancers)
Previous experience with new build and shareholder agreements transactions
Excellent client communication skills
